The first thing that I ordered I was told that they couldn’t make. So I ordered the street tacos with a side salad and sweet tea.It was the beginning of lunchtime. I’m guessing that explains the slow service. The food was good.
I really want to give this place a higher rating, but only because I do enjoy the food. I would get inattentive service, not go there for a couple years, go again, and have the same thing happen. I am not speaking of the entire staff, but my servers here always seem to forget my table.Drinks not getting refilled for almost 10 minutes after it being empty, bringing the sauce for the wings after being asked twice after the food was initially brought, asking for to go plates 4 times, ordering a bar prepared drink and we see it ready to go out, and it is not brought to us until almost 10 minutes AFTER it was ready to go, with it now being watered down with melted ice.I am not a rude guest whatsoever, but man BWW, lets clean up this location.
This particular location is pretty nice. It was pretty empty except for a big party of youngsters as its graduation season. It was also late.The place was clean and it's in a good location. BWW ifMy waitress was very nice and the food was hot. I had the cauliflower wings. If you're eating out and need some alternative options, they are excellent!You can also choose your sauce just like traditional chicken wings.
Don't get me wrong, the food was excellent. My chicken tenders were piping hot and the fries were so great. I just think there should be more variety than the typical chicken and burgers type menu. Then again, it is a sports pub too.
this place is fine and decent and their blazin wings in this area don't taste bad but they didn't put enough sauce and they mostly seasoned looking not sauced. if you want a alot of sauce then try it at lafayette and they put way more sauce than that. but this bww place is not a bad restaurant. but not good as carencro. 3 stars is given because it was a pretty decent and fine. blazin wings taste fine but not enough sauce. and keep the mind that is not a bad restaurant.
Good beer selection, and great for a late night stroll from one of the nearby commuter hotels.
Very courteous and attentive wait staff. Waited 15 min for hostess to show up to the front desk to be seated. All the lights were off, could hardly see our food when it came out at least 40 minutes later. They were out of burgers, some drink ingredients which wasn't great.
I don't even know how this place is in business. This was only my second time eating BWW since it sold out a few years ago and it reminded me why it's been so long since I've been back. The food is absolutely terrible. McDonald's has a better burger and fries. The service at this location is just as bad as the food. Went in at opening so they were nowhere near busy. Waitress didn't even know the menu and wanted to argue about how an item came and would not look at the menu where I was trying to explain to her how it came. Was never checked on or got refills. The check was dropped off as she quickly walked by without saying a word.
February 26,2022 This was the worst service I have ever had. My boyfriend and I went and only got fried pickles and 20 boneless wings. My boyfriend didn't get a refill for a sweet tea for over an hour. This is even after we asked her multiple times for one. We sat there for almost 2 hours and still didn't receive our food. They only had 2 workers there which in itself is ridiculous, especially for Mardi Gras weekend. Manager came over being extremely rude and we ended up just walking out. Safe yourself time by going somewhere else!!!!!
Went there for lunch and the wait time was Awful. The business only had approx 10 people in the dining area. It took 45mins just to get our food. After complaining to the manager, it was determined they only had 3 servers. Unacceptable!!!!
