Got to Zaxbys a little later than normal dinner time... & very close to closing... around 10:45pm. Annnnd with it being so close to closing, I honestly thought we were going to end up with "lunch chicken" or that super crispy hard as a rock on outside type of chicken... BUT I was soOoO SO wrong !! (Thank goodness) I got the 'Chicken Nibblerz' ? meal with seasoned fries & a very cold fountain Sprite... ~ ...EVERY bite was even better than the one before !!!I would definitely absolutely recommend the 'Chicken Nibblerz' meal to everyone, it was without a doubt 5 STARS ☆☆☆☆☆
Zaxby's as a whole, week always get 5 stars from me. They have amazing chicken and customer service to match. Bought 2 family meals, in drive thru. Sure it stressed then a little, so not gonna give them less than 5 stars. Currently live in Ohio, bought this to take bk, because we love it. Expected cold, but dry?! Anyway thanks zaxby's. Now can someone please build 1 in mid Ohio? Thanks
Barbara was my server this evening. She helped me with my order and was very courteous. I forgot to tell her to leave the tomatoes off my salad and had to go back to counter. She came right back to me and made sure my order was right. The salad was delicious and the service was great.
The Richmond Zaxby's is almost always a great place to eat. They give you big portions and their food is always fresh. You typically don't have wait long, either, even if there is a long line. They do their jobs and they do them well. I recommend it if you are a fan of chicken!
It was sooooo good. These people really know how to cook chicken so the breading isn't hard, the chicken is juicy but fully cooked just amazing food for not a bad price!
My son is the chicken guy. I don't really like fast food but once in a while I will take him to get something out as a treat. Usually it is chick FILa and the lines are insane. He said Zaxby's was just as good we went in and I could actually park without 700 cars blocking me.
The food is normally top notch but I hate to say it but I was not impressed with the last time I ate there. I have to say the peach cream soda [email protected] fountain drink is the best fountain drink by far.
Fast food. Probably not very healthy, but it tasted great.
Hot fresh delicious food when we stopped by.Everything was right besides the extra sauce being regular Zax instead of spicy.
In drive thru, they had me pull forward after paying. I waited 17 minutes for my order. Tried to go inside to get my money back but all I got was a girl holding a finger up, mouthing one more minute. Never came to the door. I kept knocking....nothing. After 4 minutes of knocking on the door and being ignored (standing in rain) I decide to go back to car and call. No answer. Then they only put the hamburger in the bag. No fries or frosty. I try to stop the worker that brought it outside to me with no luck already inside. I knock on the door again but no one will come to the door. I go home and eat my cold, yes cold burger. Bad service
