Absolutely amazing service and food from this location tonight! I came to the drive through for a mobile order and the two homies inside got my order made quickly and they made it perfect! They even hooked me up with some extras for the wait, but it’s all good I was chillin. These guys aren’t your average White Castle employees, they are some beasts in the kitchen and absolutely cranked out those sliders like it was no one’s business. I’ve moved here recently and have never seen a spectacle like this down in Carolinas. 5/5 I would crank my hog up and have some cold ones with the boys inside!
White Castle has it together getting you hot fresh food! McDonald's, Wendy's, and Burger King could really use some of these people's skills! Thanks for the fresh food!
Have got to be the slowest drive thru line I ever waited in. Smh and the lady at the window didn’t even realize I was sitting there!!!! What the heck !
I've been coming here for many years after my friend Harold recommend it. My record is 52 burgers in one sitting without going to the toilet. If you would like to challenge me to a burger eating contest I'll be here next Thursday at 7:15pm. I accept all challengers. I've ordered a burger eating trophy off Etsy for the winner, which will be going home with me! But feel free to get your own trophy for 2nd place.
Man I love me a good fresh slider ( the frozen ones in store are just not the same) but let me tell ya.. every time I've been to the place in Richmond it seems as tho the employees are just really bothered by the fact that you are there. And that they are truly doing you a fact by being there and they have the general attitude that life sucks and they hate their job. And all that may be idk their life. But they could hand me my sliders with a smile cause honestly... I am the one doing them the favor truth be told

Went to McDonald’s they pretended like there was nobody there so I went to White Castle, seemed to be the only guy in there and literally no complaints. He seemed like he was alone and still was respectful and nice and asked if we wanted sauces. Everything fresh as well. 2/1/2022 at 10-11 at night .
Got order in drive thru and I ended up at home with 1 small burger with a small piece of tomato. Unsatisfied
This was my first time at White Castle. Usually I skip the long line in the drive through because it is always backed up to the entrance. But today the other people in the car with me, had somehow convinced me that it was something different and I would not regret it. So after sitting in the drive through for about 15 minutes we had finally made it to the speaker to order. After sitting there long enough for everyone else in the car to order, I could not decide on anything specific, so I had the same thing as everyone else, and thought why not, they all ordered the same thing. After another 10 minutes wait in the drive thru we were leaving with our order and the car smelling heavenly. Driving at this point was not an option, every other person in the car was stuffing their face but me and the sounds they were making, made my stomach make sounds of its own. So after another long wait, sitting in a parking spot in another businesses parking lot, and finishing every single thing I had ordered. My belly was full and I needed to relax for a few minutes before taking off driving again. The food was great. It had exceeded my expectations and I learned that the long line in White Castle parking lot is always full because it really is worth the wait. The people were nice, polite, and above all patient, (with me taking 10 minutes to decide.) Our order was correct, the place looked clean and everyone inside working gave me a welcoming feel. It's was one of the long but best experiences I have ever had in a drive thru at a fast food restaurant.
