I’ve been going here for breakfast for several months now and they used to get my order right every time. recently i’ve gotten the wrong size sides, and the wrong cheese on my croissant ( i want the swiss it comes with, not the other cheese because it hurts my stomach ) and after asking to make sure it’s swiss, it still comes out wrong. i’ve had my bag of food thrown at me and treated with horrible disrespect. i work in fast food and i know how difficult it can be, but the customer service should NEVER be this bad. coworkers were yelling at each other with me at the window as well…i love the food but i will not be returning to this location
Wendys doesn't deliver buT door dash delivery does. This Wendys is exactly what "fast food" iS.. !! Anyone can pull up at any time & place your order, pay & receive the correct order in a timely manner. The best part is feeling like your order matters (yes even at fast food restaurant)& being respected by Wendy's employees(as long as you're respectful too) I know at this Wendys the same guy, named James, is always working drive thru, very respectful, patient, positive, happy mood just rubs off & is very appreciated.!
The people here are incompetent. They gave our food to the wrong person, LET THEM DIG THROUGH IT, and then tried to give it to us. As if that wasn't bad enough, when we asked for new food to be made, they gave us the wrong food. We asked for a refund and we were told they "didn't do refunds". I don't recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about the quality of their food.
Drive thru on a road trip. Service was fine and sweet tea was decent. The guy at the first window was super friendly and seemed to actually be glad to be there. A good stop on a roadtrip.
It’s Wendy’s, can’t really go wrong, clean atmosphere and nice staff
They are consistently inconsistent with their food preparation. I don’t understand why it is so hard for them to understand that their bacon needs to be cooked. I love their bacon egg and cheese croissants, but not with raw bacon. I always order well done bacon. When I saw the sign in the window for one dollar bacon egg and cheese biscuit, I thought I’d give them a try. The first time they were absolutely delicious. Three days later back to the raw bacon.
First time at this location and we were very impressed that not only were they quick to get our order ready, but everything was steaming hot. Would definitely go back here
Love my local Wendys!! The staff is always friendly and my food is always accurate and excellent!
everything seemed fine until I went to eat my burger and it was 98% MAYO!!!
Slower than a lot of the other fast food restaurant's in the area ln my opinion anyway and the food is just not as good as most places around, also some of the staff is kind of unreasonable at times and gets my order wrong more frequently than many other restaurants, but all in all still a decent place to eat
