Wendys on the Eastern Bypass is one of the very few fast food restaurants left where you can still walk inside to order food, sit inside with good company, friends & family in a clean & tidy as well as very quiet for fast food restaurant at dinner time..... EXCEPT There was one issue while my boyfriend and I were standing in line to order food.... our cashier (who had family of 6 directly in front of her) yelled out "umm excuse me, wasn't your break over 10mins ago??" Of course everyone- wendys employees, guest in dining room & more customers standing in line, including my boyfriend & I were silent ?.. in shock & thrown off that this employee would not only yell across the restaurant to her co worker but obviously embarrassed her as well... buT the 'yelling cashier' actually ended up being the one who was embarrassed ? because she then realized she read the time WRONG ⏲?? !! !! Idk where or who the manager is ... ?♀️ BUT I would definitely suggest that she remind her employees to focus on their own job at hand and ask that each of her employees respect one another as they would wanna be treated.
It is a shame that i spent over 10.00 on a single no cheese and got cheese. Gave it back and i was told to move up and they bring it out. I was expecting a hot single with no cheese double tomato lettuce onion. Well the bag was cold so I already knew that it was no good and why pull up if it's still not gonna be right. If you close at 1am then quit taking orders at 12 because the first customer is no more important than the last. I know now why I quit eating there. Awful
I got my worst experience the other day and it was still above average. They forgot my nuggets, but if I had gone back I'm sure they would have given them to me. They're super friendly and always fast. I've never been through the drive through, but the lobby is always top notch.
We stop ped to get a frosty! What a perfect way to re-energize any road trip.
I've been going there for over a year now, I think, and we've never had any issues, we prefer this location over other ones nearby.
Service was exceptional food pricey compared to some other fast food restaurants and no where close to being tasty. I ordered a Taco Salad which was lettuce with Chili on top ?
OMG McDonald’s breakfast better watch out cause I let me tell you Wendy’s has got them beaten in every area. Not only are the fries always hot but the breakfast if fantastic. Want to start your day out great come here for breakfast.
Went for a family order of nuggets and heard an employee say from the back as we were at the window waiting for our order “f**k them and them nuggets.” Absolutely disgusted with my service

Ordered a number 9 which is a double bourbon bacon burger. Ended up with a doul e cheese burger with tomato, lettice and cheese. No bacon at all and fries are cold. Horrible. Will not go and recommend friends not to go due to a mess up on a simple order. How hard is it to get a correct order when slow...
