Went to Taco Bell on my lunch break, They forgot part of my order even though it was ordered online and listed right in front of them. I’m already back at work and can’t leave… The GM says they “can’t” give me a refund for mobile orders but I can go online and get a refund. Unfortunately the GM apparently couldn’t explain how to go about that when I asked how…(She/He shouldn’t be a GM) worst Taco Bell I’ve been too, disappointed and out money now bc of their error…

I mean if you feel like standing in line inside an just being ignored for 10 minutes when nobody else is in there then it's place for you. Nobody ever runs register up front. I dash too an they don't start making the doordash til you arrive so if your a dasher be prepared to wait least 10 or 15 minutes on the food to be made, make sure tell them your there or it'll never get made

First off I love Taco Bell. But the young man at the window at the Eastern Bypass in Richmond was rude as hell. He never said hello he just said $5.55. I said wasn't it $6.03 because that's what the sign showed & I did not want to cheat anyone. He never said a word, shut the window & handed me back change & didn't even say how much. With employees like this ppl will stop visiting Taco Bell. It hurts business. This young man needs a good pep talk. But my quesadilla was still good. Needed a taco bell fix bad. Anita Smothers

Besides the usually horrible service and order taking, I know someone who worked at this Taco Bell and they told me the deets when they left for obvious reasons. To begin, the manager (Ashley) is absolutely rude to her employees and customers; she also give discounts to people she knows, but not to others who even have coupons and is rude whenever you have to say something went wrong with the order. Have you noticed they don’t give out receipts? That’s because they take them all home and do the reviews on them theirselves, giving them 5 stars so their restaurant looks good. They don’t give out receipts, so the customer can’t do a bad review on the website. (This is not the employees’ fault, just the manager(s).) Also, the manager’s wife worked there when not even registered in the working system. She did not legally work there. Their drink machines would have mold in them and they would not be properly cleaned.The person I know who worked there wanted to call in one day and didn’t have insurance to go to the doctor, so they couldn’t get a doctors excuse. They never missed a day UNLESS she added them to the PAPER schedule and never notified them. I called for them and got chewed out because they are supposed to call, not a friend or family member. Saying that not being available to pay for an ER visit was not her problem. She was rude to me and bossing me around on the phone even though I did not work for her. That’s when my friend quit.I know google reviews are for customer service, but I wanted to unleash everything. They are scammers. REMEMBER, THE YOUNG EMPLOYEES JUST DO WHAT THEY ARE TOLD.

This is probably one of the worst places I've ever been to. I work as a door dash driver. I had two orders to pick up. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru only to be told I could on my pick up one order and that I would have to get back in the long slow line for the second again. After doing what they asked and spending another 45 minutes in the line. I get to the window and am told they don't even have the second order in their system and that I would have to get in line again to even get the first one because I didn't stop at the speaker and tell them I was there to pick it up. A bunch of losers working there.

It was good except they got our order wrong. We got 2 boxes one without beans and the other box without lettuce and tomatoes.They gave a box and the other one without beans and lettuce and tomatoes. But the rest of the food was good.

Ordered online for pickup, multiple people in the order, Co worker went to go get it, when she went to the store they were adamant that they had no online orders whatsoever and refused to honor the order even with the order confirmation number. She had to re order the food and pay for it a second time.... now I have to go to the bank and put a stop on the debit and caop thier corporate

Yesterday (2/4/22) I walked in with my girlfriend and two friends for a late night meal and will never do it again. The soda machine was clearly broken and it had DIRT coming out of it into my drink. I mentioned it to 2 employees loud and clear to which they just blankly stared at me. No refund was given or anything was said to me. I even left the drink on the counter after stating there was dirt in my cup. The cashier just continued to ignore what I had said, looked at the cup and walked away. Corporate should really watch the cameras in this place because your employees dont seem to care about their work or your customers.

Good food and really nice people there.. If only they'd give extra sauce packets. When you say extra, they give you 2 to 3 more. What ever happened to giving a HAND FULL of them like the one on the Bypass used too?!

This is the one to go to in town. Ive never gotten a wrong order, but sometimes an item is missing. That being said, Ive only had great experiences with the employees. End of the day its the better of the two Taco Bells in town.
