If I could give 0 I would. This was the worst experience at a Starbucks I’ve ever received. Mobile ordered and it wasn’t ready so sat for an additional 20 minutes. Went to the counter to asked for the status of the order and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. Was told that we would have it remade immediately. After a full 30 minute wait for 1 drink and 2 sandwiches I asked for a full refund. The woman who had “2020 best performance” on her apron must have taken it from someone else because she could not have cared less about how long we waited. She didn’t even apologize and walked away from the counter before we could even say anything else.Don’t waste your time or money on these people. They simply don’t care.
I stopped by to grab a coffee and let my puppies have a potty break. Very fast service. Everyone was in the zone. They were managing a full drive thru and multiple pick up orders with poise. The bathrooms were all family and pleasantly clean. They even had a board dedicated to showcasing their doggy customers which I absolutely loved. Would stop here again!
They were so friendly! Coffee took a little longer, but they were busy, so it's understandable. It looked like the manager was meeting with an owner or corporate rep, so that probably exacerbate things.Good coffee!
They definitely have more people working and are getting drinks out fast. However, they only have 3 tables with a plug in and the manager and his friends were taking up one of them. I was planning on staying and working there but I had to leave because my laptop died and I had no where to plug it in.
Ordered 15 mins ahead to wait inside for 40 minutes. Please help these employees. Frequent customer. Like the employees they are always nice but they need more employees. There are not enough people and it is not being ran efficiently .
Sigh.....we go through drive thru....get our drinks and leave. Only to discover she's given both of us either decaf or just not what we asked for because both drinks (one blended, one macchiato, tasted watered down. So we turn around and go IN and tell them it tastes weird so they say they'll remake it and we sit and wait. For 45 minutes. For 2 coffees to be remade. Then this barista wearing some sort of ears hands me my drink AND IT'S STILL WRONG. And the price for these drinks, which we both get often and normally are about 11 bucks, are all of a sudden 15 for 2 drinks when we both know for a fact that neither of ours cost more than 6. The entire experience of waiting 45 minutes for coffee to be made wrong TWICE just honestly put a sour note on my day.
I have never had an experience like this one at any Starbucks that I have had at this one. I ordered my two drinks ahead of time and it said it would be 12 minutes tops. I went inside because the inside is usually quicker. Turns out that I should have stayed in the drive through because I would have been served twice with how many of them were taken care of while everyone inside was taken care of after them. It took over 30 minutes for two simple drinks.
I went to Starbucks on Colby Taylor Dr in Richmond KY today and Paige was assisting me. She was the absolute sweetest barista I've ever met. I left with a huge smile thanks to her. I'll be back Paige!!! Hopefully I'll get to see your smiling sweet face again real soon!!! She is absolutely amazing!!!
Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Even pre- pandemic rush hour service has had faster service. Ordered before arriving at the store and waited 35 mins to get my order. Unsure if the staff is trained or the equipment is just broken. I got iced coffee and didn’t expect to be waiting 30mins while on a cross country trip. Staff is super nice but the management needs to help these employees be able to execute.
Everytime I try to go to this Starbucks the line is out into the street and the drive thru service takes a minimum of 20 minutes. Everyone at the window is very sweet and I’m not trying to complain about the people but I can’t imagine how much business this location loses due to their carelessness on service times.
