Workers are lazy and rude. You have to try to get their attention. When you get in line, they act like they don’t see you and continue their conversation with each other. Always act like their machines are down. The list goes on. Who is in charge of hiring there. You guys can’t be that desperate for workers. Until they hire better workers who wants to WORK. Go to the other Starbucks. If management can’t handle it and hire great workers just take it out of Kroger.

I am definitely not a fan. Ordered a reg coffee years ago, it was terrible!!! This was way before covid. I am in awe that people pay a war price for there coffee and especially ice coffee. I have never been back. Each to his own.

Line was really long. Took my entire 30 minute lunch to get through the line. Due to the way the parking lot is set up, you can't exit the line once in it either, which caused me to be late returning to my shift.They had to remake the drink as well because they didn't put any coffee in it.

This location is always super busy but I always go to this one because they work hard to make exactly what I ask for . I overheard a conversation the other day I’m assuming was from their corporate about paper work maybe not being completed .. and I got to wondering when do they even have time ? From the time they open to when they close I have never seen them standing around or not working to keep the customers happy. I know paperwork is a must but these lady’s do a great job and should be acknowledged for it . So THANK you all for always doin your best I will continue to to be a loyal customer ?

Kelsey was our barista. She was very impatient, rude, and ungrateful of the tip that was given to her.

The barastias are always rude. They never make my drink right. Would not recommend

Ordered a Venti iced blond vanilla latte. No blond espresso, no biggie. They only had tall size for cold drinks and for some reason wouldn’t use the cups they have for warm drinks even though they had those fully stocked. She wouldn’t scan my app QR for stars or paying which isn’t a big deal, but a bit of an annoyance when added to the rest of the experience. Once I tried the drink there was no vanilla in it so I brought it back and she told me to drink it down a bit so that she could add some vanilla. I love Starbucks and almost always have an amazing service experience, but that was a mess with no apologies or any kindness. Both employees looked unhappy and almost seemed annoyed. I get that being in the service industry is tough because I’ve been there, but a simple “sorry about that” or “have a nice day” goes a long way.

I ORDERED a Iced Mocha which was amazing and I also ordered one of the NEW PINK drinks BC they had a special if you spend 10$ you get 2$ off which sounded good at the time and I figured I could take the Pink drink home for later but by the time I gome home a hour later it was watery and the milk had separated .I WAS EXPECTING IT TO BE Refreshing and thirst quenching but instead it was more like strawberry milk & lemonade mixed together.

Ridiculously overpriced.customer service has no knowledge about what their selling...I'd rather go to McDonald's for coffee lol

As soon as I figure out what my to go to drink is, I'll be there all the time.
