We had 9 people in our party. Herb was a great waiter and our food was good and hot. We were on vacation and would definitely return when we are back in the area.
Plenty of free parking. Handicapped accessible. Wonderful staff. We were treated great throughout our stay. Our server was a veteran who took the time to chat with us. My friend and I are also veterans, so it really made us feel comfortable and welcome. Our food was simply outstanding. I had a dish called the Bar Harbor Boil. It had scallops, mussels, and lobster tails over linguine. It was the best food that I have ever gotten at a Red Lobster. Thanks to all of the nice folks there.
Very good food and great service. My favorite plate is the ultimate feast but I love to try new plates all the time. Recently I had the shrimp trio plate and it was delicious!
They were having a rough day apparently.As I dropped in about 3:45 today, waited almost 10 minutes for someone to appear to ask if I needed anything, and then another almost 15 minutes for just a Take Out order of cheddar bay biscuits.Because apparently they were out of biscuits, and had to bake more...Then a guy came in that had placed an online order, and who'd been waiting outside in a Curbside spot for 15 or so minutes as well...Not their finest performance.But sometimes they're on their game.Sadly, I have to go with 3 out of 5 stars for their rating.As their team coordination and organization is lacking Far too much of the time!Good biscuits though.And the servers and bartenders are *usually* friendly and helpful.
I love Red Lobster. I wrote a review earlier but I want to change it. Red Lobster is my favorite restaurant. I will always like their food. However the earlier review was for the restaurant in Lexington. It was good but not great.The Red Lobster restaurant in Richmond is outstanding!!! I give it the highest honors. The food was great, well cooked. Nothing but perfection. You had the nicest waitress working our table. The meal was substantial so we had doggie bags. The waitress went way out of her way to accommodate us us in every single way she could. She seemed so happy and all the staff were friendly. I will recommend you to all my friends and family. Good job there. Richmond Red Lobster is a winner.
Enjoyed lunch at Red Lobster in Richmond. Cheddar biscuits were hot and fresh. My husband and I both had the 3 for $15.99 meal. Salad was fresh. Clam chowder was good. Coconut shrimp ...great. Meals were great. Not busy in the restaurant. We were seated in a booth that had not been cleaned. We told our server and she moved us to another table.
So I haven't been to Red Lobster in a couple years the greeting was not the best however the waitress was pretty good! Unfortunately the place was not the cleanest. The table was greasy and the overhead lamp add something sprayed on the inside and dust on the outside! You would figure with all the time that covid was around the restaurant should be spic and span but that is not the case! The food was very good and fresh. Thanks T-Mobile Tuesdays for bringing me there ?
The service was terrible. We didn't get biscuits until about five minutes until our food came out. They were out of burgers and a few drink choices. Our waitress was not very helpful and rude to us when we asked questions. The food was good and that was about it!
Awesome food and no waiting
From the staff that greeted us to the waiter we saw nothing but smiling polite faces.Our lunch was simple with a Lobster Pizza and a pick 3 that we shared.Overall we were happy with out meal other than the Clam Chowder being barely over room temp.We did not bother to complain and I'm sure they would have fixed it if asked.
