I used to eat here all the time. it used to be so good. the past couple of times haven't been good. this past time I went I walk through the door and they don't greet me whatsoever. I wait a couple of minutes to be helped because they were working on online orders, I was the only one in line. I don't normally get a burrito here because the workers can't wrap them good but i decided to get one. I usually get veggies and they didn't have any on the line, but there was a dirty pan on the stove with old cooked veggies. The first wrap he had broke so he got another one and that one broke too. he then grabs a bowl and lid and gives me the mess ripped burrito. I got chips and queso as well and i got half the portion of chips i usually get. Didn't even say have a good day when i left. Awful customer service, super disappointed,
We stopped in here to eat around 3-ish pm to eat. Not a single one of the young men working was friendly. Not one of them even spoke to us at all. Not one word. They just looked at us and waited for us to say what we wanted. Actually one of them made a face when I asked for another scoop of corn salsa (bc he had to bend over and grab another pan of it). I had the burrito bowl. We split the cheese encrusted quesadila. The cheese was literally just melted and greasy on top.. not encrusted at all.. My husband had street tacos. His tacos were so inconsistent. One had a huge pile of the onions, another had 1 piece of a slice. There were so many rice pieces in my burrito bowl that were too hard to chew so my husband took it back up to ask for replacement. The next one was the same. No apology, no words were even spoken from the young man my husband gave the 1st bowl to. There was also large stems and sections of cilantro in the pico to the point where I had to pick it out and tear it apart. What the heck happened to this place?? We used to LOVE eating here!!!
I ordered a burrito meal online and it was completely wrong. Flour tortilla instead of wheat, salsa verde and corn salsa I did not want, the one I did want I didn’t get. Pico de gallo even though I specified I did not want any (I’m allergic to cilantro), and they didn’t give me any cheese. I also didn’t get the chips that are supposed to come with the meal. Basically I spent 21 dollars on something I can’t eat and I can’t even get a refund. This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Don't order online whatever you do
This place is like Chipotle but better! Tried their new quesadilla that's basically a coronary enclosed in tortilla and encased in melted cheese. It's pretty good but if you don't want a whole days worth of calories in one meal then I suggest sticking to their more health conscious items. Overall it gets 4 out of 10 deportations. These people know how to make Tex Mex that isn't just poison or bland.
Pick up an order for all of the staff in my office. Was told I couldn't pick up without a receipt. Then got to office and several items in the order were missing. I called back and spoke to Emily. I was advised to go back and pick up tje missing items. Once I got there Emily the manager threw the bag at me dumping the food in the bowl. In addition the food was poor quality.Stale chips, cold food. Burn chicken, and the bowl was 90%rice and very little of the other topings we paid for. This experience is the worst I have had. This office won't go back.
Got a cheese crusted quesadilla. The only ones working were a girl named ally and a girl named emily Even though they were really busy they were very pleasant and hard working. Please get more people though ally and emily rocked it
As always QDOBA delivered! I got the pulled pork burrito with black beans and extra cheese. The workers were fast, kind, and made sure the fast food experience remains as it states, FAST! The store was also very clean and put together not something you normally see as fast food. Good job QDOBA!
Ordered delivery.they didn’t toast or grill the quesadillas at all so it’s just soft white flour tortilla turned to mush on the bottom.Also ordered a kids juice with his kids meal and they gave us milk.Why tf did I just spent over 50$ on this if what I get is this serious lack of effort ?Update: just tasted my burrito and the avocado in the guacamole tastes rancid. So I’m eating expensive garbage. Thanks qdoba this is a great experience on my birthday.Update : I reported the issues through the link they provided and selected the option for them to reach out through email and absolutely no one has contacted me. Obviously they don’t care and aren’t sorry about the poor quality of the over priced “food” they served me on the night of my birthday. Note taken. will never order from them again.
Went to this location today after my daughters softball practice and I have to commend the 3 young men working!!! They were all 3 very nice and personable to not just with us, but everyone that came in. The guy making our food gets big props!!! This was the first time I have ever NOT HAD TO ASK FOR MORE as he made our tacos/bowl/nachos!! I have gone to several Qudoba’s in several towns as we travel a lot with softball/baseball, and this one by far has been the BEST we have been to! Keep up the good work guys!!!
