Purdy’s coffee Co never disappoints. Always friendly staff, delicious drinks and food make it my all time favorite coffee shop. I make it a point to try local coffee shops when out of town and nothing compares to our very own Richmond local shop.
The people who run this place are awesome! I hope they find a way to open a location closer to my house!! I would never get coffee at Panera or Starbucks ever again.

"In order to partner with Door Dash, we would have to get a Samsung tablet but we didn't want to so we went with the second option of having an automated message system call them to place the order after the customer submits it through door dash. When we received the call my employee who answered it did not write down the full order." Because of this they only had 3/5 items ready that were already paid for by the customer. Even after I showed her everything on the list that the customer ordered she refused to fulfill the rest of the order. I spent 25 minutes of my time talking with the manager and with Door Dash support. There was no way for me or the customer to cancel the order so I was left with no choice but to take the customer half of her order and risk getting a negative rating. This is how I make a living right now and I missed other order opportunities because of her. I am so disappointed in the way this manager handled this situation and for expecting me and the customer to pay for her employee's mistake.

Went here yesterday (06-12-2021) for the first time as i am from out of town, pulled in at 6:02 P:M the lady on the speaker informed me that they close at 6pm but will take my order anyways, i placed my order for 2 coffees for me and my S/O, amazed that we weren't ignored or told to leave. As im at the window waiting on our coffees another person pulls in, the same nice lady who took my order took that persons order. She apologized to her co-workers and said she just cant turn down a customer. I told her she needed a raise and she stated that they just loved serving people. Fwi the coffe was amazing! But feeling cared for as a customer will always last longer than a coffee, definitely will be back! And i will make a point to do it during business hours. Haha

I ordered a latte, hot. The coffee was lukewarm, which makes coffee difficult to drink. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a horrible latte. However, the service was good...just horrible coffee.
Love the smokehouse wrap on the lunch menu, had it many times and keep coming back every time. Great friendly staff, well cleaned and kept up with, actual trained and helpful people work here. Thanks for always making the smokehouse wrap the way I always get it, not another place like it.
