I ordered for delivery at 7:34 pm and never received my order. I called back at 8:30pm and was told it would be here soon. I called again at 8:50pm and was told it had been delivered. No one ever called me and the delivery driver never called to say he couldn’t find my apartment if that was the issue. I asked if i could just have them remake the order and would just pick it up and was told they can’t make “free food” even though the food was not free I paid for it with my card and never got it!! Now it will take 3-5 business days to even get the money back on my card. Worst place ever.
I did not go here, there is a coin dealer next door.I used to work at this pizza hut. But we had an awesome Manager Jes was her name.Kept a clean store.That was in like 2015 or 16
I did not receive my condiments. My pizza was warm at best. Since it was stuffed crust I would have liked my cheese to be gooey and not starting to congealed cause it got cold. My wings seemed old. They were chewy and cold as well.
Out of wings, foreign person trying to take order and you can't understand what is being said either way. Ask for local number and she wouldn't give it our. So can't understand each other and won't give phone number. Needless to say we went elsewhere
Need to get the order correct. I ordered a pizza with sausage, pepperoni, Pineapple, and Banana peppers. Suppose to have extra pineapple. It did not have extra pineapple and it was missing banana peppers. It was still good but not what I ordered
DO NOT order from this place. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The employee I just talked to was the rudest human I’ve ever met. I ordered a “any topping” pizza with banana peppers on the side because I am pregnant and crave them, all I had on the pizza was sausage. I order this ALL the time. Never once had an issue. They didn’t give me banana peppers OR the marinara which I paid for. I called and he said “well it’ll be an hour we are extremely busy and you would have needed to pay for the banana peppers”. I DID pay for them. The employee was incredibly rude, no customer service experience obviously because you do not talk to paying customers that way. I hope whoever I spoke with gets reprimanded for being such a horrible person and I will never again spend a penny at this place.
The food was hot and came quickly tasted great
The pizza was awful. Barely any veggies on it, was cold and crust was not done. NEVER AGAIN!!!
