The new York style pizza was not good at all! Nothing like it, my mom said she doesn't know why they think the pizza was anything like a new York pizza. Plus we all think the last few times we have got pizza the crust is so hard u can hardly eat the pizza... what has happened to papa John's??? It use to be my favorite pizza

I don't believe there's a better place to buy pizza and I mean good pizza. Papa John's Pizza is the best there is. Hands down.
Order was incorrect. Black olives and banana peppers were ordered online to be on same side of pizza. They weren’t. I called and spoke to JT. He offered to make another pizza. But that’s not a desired response when you have to drive back across town a second trip. There was trouble verifying my last name and I watched my pizza get placed on the wait rack where it sat 3-5 minutes before a female changing trash can liners handed me my pizza. I was handed my pizza box while female held trash liners. No napkins were offered. Staff were friendly and were willing to help. It was a few little things that kept the store from getting a perfect score. Remaking a pizza that you have to drive back across town to pickup may not always be the right solution. All this on a day when I read the company was rebranding it’s name. New name same old issues.

We have been traveling for over 3 hours, by the time we were settled in our room almost everything around us was closed. We asked the front desk who all delivers, they mentioned PaPa John’s and we knew we couldn’t go wrong with this choice!! We ordered 2 pizzas and a side of wings, not only was the staff super friendly, but quoted our delivery to be 30 to 40 minutes and had our food to us within 15 mins tops!! I placed an online carryout order that totalled at 38 bucks and when i got there to pay I also added 2 2 liters which brought the total to 42 and some change and they refused to bust my 100, I told them to keep the pizza then I proceeded to little caesars where my total was only 25 and some change and they busted my bill for me. Long story short, you're better off to go to little caesars
I wish I could give this place a 0 star review.. as DoorDash driver, like normal, went and picked an order for a customer. When I walked inside the store and told the front desk man that I had an order for DoorDash to pick up under such and such, he looked and said that there's not an order there by that name and someone might've picked it up already.
