Everything is SO YUMMY!!! Plus the Service is GREAT!!!

I absolutely love this place! The portions are great. The service is friendly. Soup comes in cup and bowl size.. The cup is a standard bowl size, a bowl is a decent sized bowl. And comes with a decent size side of bread. I ordered a chicken sandwich and soup not knowing that cause it was my first time there, I left stuffed but satisfied. I highly recommend the broccoli and cheddar soup! It's a great, healthier place to go especially when you're not feeling any fast food. I got a chocolate chipper cookie and toasted chocolate bagel to go. Both was super good! I will be back.

Staff were very polite. Store appeared to be clean. However, the wait time is the most atrocious I’ve ever experienced. We waited for over 2 and a half hours for our food, and when the food finally came up it was missing one of our entrees, a flatbread pizza. The macaroni had clearly been made sometime before the other food and so was cold.We were politely offered a refund which we accepted, hence why I’m giving two stars instead of one, in addition to the other noted positives. It’s also worth noting that we went during the busy lunch hour. The wait was still unacceptable even considering that, however.

My husband and I stopped to eat here during our road trip. The food was delicious and we had fantastic customer service. Should out to Dreama who took our order. She noticed I was pregnant and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. One happy and well fed momma-to-be over here. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Great food. The restaurant itself was not very clean and it was hard to find a wiped off table. Bathroom needed a little TLC as well.

Their new location is much nicer than their last one. It's a nice place to stop and do a bit of mobile office work while grabbing a bite. The staff are friendly and helpful too. I'll be back.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered cookies and a flatbread pizza. Got home and they had given me 2 soups. Called and had to hold for 10 minutes to talk to an actual person. I got an "I'm sorry" and a refund. No mention of a free meal or voucher. Will not go there again. And they weren't that busy when I went through there. Totally unacceptable

Placed dine-in order for 3 of us. Food was bagged for take-out. Food barely warm. When pointed out, no apology from staff. Bunch of young, college age kids running the place, no sense of customer service. Go to the other Panera Bread stores In the area for better food and service.

I used to work here and I thought I’d clear up some of these reviews. Our food is prepared fresh daily, when we run out, WE. ARE. OUT. Period. We faced 300+ car rushes in a matter of 40 minutes so forgive us if a few orders are incorrect. No one here thinks we deserve $15 an hour, just a livable wage with not too much stress on ourselves. And yes I quit because of the stress of the job, but it is not a bad company by any means. We were/are overworked and underpaid, and if you worked here you would understand. I promise, fast food workers want customers in and out as much as the customer wants to be in and out! We don’t try to make you wait or purposely run out of food! Please have some compassion and patience.

They took a long time to get our order to us even though the app said it was prepared. We also didn’t receive any bread or chips with our order which was a huge disappointment. Plus the lid to our coffee wasn’t put on correctly and it ended up spilling in the car.
