Great service, great food. I stop here several times a month, and it is always delicious and hot. Today I misplaced my bank card and didn’t realize it until after I ordered. I explained what happened while in the drive thru. I pulled my car around and parked and frantically searched my car for the missing card. While doing so, an employee came out to my car and gave me my order “on the house” per the manager. Incredibly generous and much appreciated
What is it about Panda Express that makes me start to drool?I saw their sign from the interstate and had to stop.There fried rice had just come from the kitchen, and the teriyaki chicken had my mouth watering. The only thing I could have wanted to be different is the teriyaki sauce for on top of the meal, the packets just aren't the same.
Totally disappointed in the orange chicken. Didn't taste good and too spicy.. Fried rice was delicious however!
It was decent when it first opened a few years ago, but we’ve had about 3 bad meals in a row over the last few months and won’t go back. The food is often over cooked and flavorless. The last two times something was left out. The service used to be good and friendly but not anymore.
Visited at 11:30 am. I don't know why but everything I ordered was cold. This was only 1 hour after opening. Everything should have been fresh. I don't know if the boilers under the food were not turned on early enough or what. This is the second time I have received cold food from this location and food not kept at the correct temperature is a safety concern. I gave it two stars instead of one because the staff is always friendly here. I honestly think staff needs to arrive earlier to get the boilers under the food fired up.
Love their food. Just hope that soon they will have Crab Rangoon back in stock!
Food is ok service is not very good and the people couldn't spell friendly all for $40. Nope no thank you not again.
This place is trash. My last 3 trips have been awful. They close down food options when its an hr til close. Constantly holding on something. Today my orange chicken was so overcooked I had to spit it out my window to keep from chipping a tooth. I tried to call for a refund, and their phone number gives a message "No one is available to take your call" and then it hangs up. I had to email corporate. Never risking it again.
Once again, they are out of the food I want and I still had to wait for another entree to be finished.Then I arrive home and they forgot an entire entree completely. I hate to be critical, but it is getting worse at this location.
They are constantly out of white rice, even when they’re open for another 3 hours! How hard is it to make white rice? It isn’t. Not to mention you have to make white rice to have fried rice! 9/10 times I try snd go they literally say the same thing, no white rice. It’s a load of B.S.
