I originally posted a review with 3 stars because our to go order had an old salad, I’ll leave it at that ? Olive Garden responded and totally made it up when we went back to try dining in restaurant. The management explained how the salad wasn’t getting rotated by a newer employee hey things happen and making them aware corrected the issue. Thank you Olive Garden for the explanation and wonderful dinner. We’ll be back I love the chicken Alfredo yum ?
The service received by Hope and the other young lady was very good. The food was typical Olive Garden food. Our seating was two tables from a fireplace insert that was not turned on, despite being 25 degrees outside. Though we were not near a door it was cold and drafty. I felt like I needed a blanket over my legs and feet. The food was not hot when it came to the table, more room temperature.
OMG i can’t rant enough about his AWESOME this place was!!! The food was phenomenal and such generous portions ,the waiter was just so amazingly kind,attentive and helpful!! I’ve literally never been anywhere quite like here before! They have raised my standards for any restaurant to come! The bartender who wasn’t even serving us commented on how nice my children are and what good parents we are! I’m still shocked at how amazing my waiter is. When you come here ask for Rob!! He went out of his way and got my daughter birthday donuts! The found out my other daughters birthday was a month ago. Talked to his manager and came back with a chocolate cake for her! Like I’m speechless!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
As always this place was fan-freakin-tastic. We ate at the bar and the bartender was nice and got everything correct. The food didn’t take long and was nice and hit when it came out. Definitely recommend as the place to eat for a nice relaxing dinner. Thanks to everyone there keep up the great work
I had the Aziago Tortellini's. 1st off I'm sure we all know Tortellini's at home are hard not to overcook. but I'm pleased to say that my meal came out perfectly cooked and tasted excellent... I can only hope to have a similar experience on my next trip to The Olive Garden! Excellent work team! and Thank You
Haven't been to Olive Garden for a couple of years, until this visit. Now I am trying to figure out why it has taken me so long to get back.The food was presented in an appetizing manner. It was at the desired temperatures. The soup and breadsticks are the stars of the meal, for me anyway. The staff was pleasant and courteous. This location is conveniently located to all the shops in the shopping centers outside edge.
I had the most amazing time! It was just myself and my 2 year old, who usually doesn't last long out in public before he gets fidgety. Our waitress, Kristen, was so sweet and fabulous. She made a point to put cheese on a single plate for my toddler & it made his entire day. I also met the manager, who walked my toddler over to look at some pictures while I paid the bill. Sadly i didn't catch her name but she also teaches.Also the food was delicious, which is probably important to say on a review. But the staff I encountered that day was top notch that the food could've been terrible & I still would've had a good time. Lol
Meals were extremely nice and pur server Donna S was absolutely wonderful and really made our experience exceptional for the first time being here
Leaving this review in regards to the manager at the Richmond KY Olive Garden. Tonight my mother, daughter, and I went to eat here and had the sweetest server. When it was time to pay our bill our server said our bill had already been paid. She didn’t know what had happened so she went to talk to the manager, after about being gone for 5 minutes she came back and said the manager would be over to talk to us. We sat there for THIRTY minutes and the manager NEVER came out. I had my daughter whining because she was tired wanting to go home (also a school night). Within those thirty minutes our server had came to us twice asking if the manager had been to talk to us and she went to get her twice (we were seated by the kitchen/host stand so I could see her walk back there) The manager never came out and sent the server back out with no explanation other than “she fixed it” so we could pay our bill that had already been paid by someone else. Not 5 minutes after our server left I assume what was the manager came out of what I like to call hiding. Not 100 percent sure was the manager but I’m pretty positive she was because she was dressed different from everyone else. As a manager myself I think it was absolutely ridiculous that the so called manager couldn’t address the problem and sent the sweet server out with no information other than she somehow made another bill for us. Obviously she was not concerned with customer service and was more than likely concerned with having to give us a discount or her just taking care of the bill herself. Which she should have with how long we sat there and waited for her to never show! This definitely needs to be addressed to corporate so they know either the “manger” was not properly trained to do a managerial job or to know she simply did not care about her customers and did not want to face any type of conflict. I never leave reviews but this is something that needs to be taken care of and addressed. I felt so bad for the nice server she just kept apologizing (she did nothing wrong) because the manager would not come out and she herself had no idea what the problem was.
