the appetizer was too hard and not hot enough and the pork chop was tough the iced tea was wonderful and good and cold the waiter was very sweet and nice the place look very clean
Second time I've been within a year (date night and they weren't too busy) and the food was okay and it was Freezing inside. I understand it's been hot this week but dayum !!
First visit and blown away! We had the amazing Herb, and he was the best server/waiter we've had in a while. He has the best laugh, joked with us and our kids, and made us feel very comfortable. Because of him alone we will definitely be back. The food was great as well and the kids loved it, and we have picky eaters, so that says a lot! Absolutely loved it 10/10 ❤️
The store has taken a dip downwards. The food and service was good, but the dining area is not clean. Our table was dirty and the carpet filthy. I had the waiter wipe it but it wasn't much better. They used to have a great bar, but only had 3 draft choices, all light beer. I ordered a Manhattan; it was the weakest one I've had in years. Not much reason to go back.As an update, they posted their boiler-plate response asking for my contact information, which I immediately provided. I've heard nothing from them.
Poor service, terrible food I sent the steak back twice. How do you screw up a steak twice. The wait staff argued with me on how I want my steak so I asked for a cheeseburger it was dry and hard. I talked to manager he didn't even care. He avoided contact as much as possible. Where the hell is the owner? District manager? This is why Applebee's went under. Will never spend one dime here again. Lost customer
WOW ?!! I haven’t been here in quite a while! Don’t waste your money here anymore!! I know 3 food trucks in town that blow this out of the water. They have screwed up the taste of their potato soup, it was so bad we had them take it back. There chicken tenders were smaller and fries were just a bunch of half cooked pieces. Needless to say I won’t ever be back!!
We came in the two of us no one else there. Two seat tables was open hostess said 10 to 15 minute wait. Couple minutes went by a group of 6 came in after us and hostess set them right away. We left. Called manager her excuse was they were short on help. Which has nothing to do . HORRIBLE HOSTESS AND MANAGER. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
Really disappointed in this takeout order. Portion of fish is laughable! Same with fries and coleslaw! Captain D’s fast food catfish dinner is hands down better than this! Ridiculous!
First they brought out a steak with paper/plastic cooked into it, then they brought out literal raw meat. My compensation was a 20 dollars off a 60 dollar ticket.
Came at a busy time with 5 adults and 2 kids. Had to wait for a table. Our server was so excellent. I forgot his name, but he is a tall, older African American. He was so jovial and good at his job. Food was very delicious. Thank you to our waiter, and thank you o'charleys.
