Read the reviews yesterday so we figured we'd give it a shot. First the music wasn't just loud,it was nightclub Loud. The salsa was more like pureed tomatoes not much flavor. I rarely get a margarita but we were celebrating our anniversary, my husband got a regular and I got the strawberry. I'm not a big eater so I got the tamale which tasted very good and side of rice. Everything seemed fine until we got home I needed an antacid tablet but didn't think much. Woke up at 4am with BAD stomach ache and then the fun began I was violently throwing up from both ends, food poisoning which I've never experienced. My guess is the strawberry mix was old but regardless that's their job to serve fresh food and drinks. I wouldn't recommend and definitely won't go back.
My favorite place in Richmond to eat PERIOD!! You will not be disappointed. Best authentic Mexican menu in the State IMO. Priced so affordable you will not want to cook anymore. Highly recommend!!
This is definitely a popular place, great food & good prices. Both experiences, (Dine-in/pick-up) was wonderful, excellent staff. Fast and friendly, always made sure my glass wasn't empty. Definitely a great place to go with family or friends.

Delicious Mexican food,very personable employees,hard working, fast service. Never felt rushed when we eat in. Yummy Flan for desert.
4of us tonight,chips were hard,steak in Fajita was thin and overcooked. Food was just not very good? used to eat here alot.
This used to be the best spot in Richmond to eat at, but I feel like over the last year or so it’s just really went down hill. Service is usually slow. Food is mediocre at best. Went and got a pickup order and was told “my English is no good” because the waiter could not understand me. Got my order home just to realize it was completely wrong. Salsa was about 1/4 full. food was literally disgusting to the point I fed it to my dog. Tasted very under seasoned. Just not good. I’d suggest El Mejor or Casa next to Waffle House on eastern bypass over here any day. I really do hope they go back to being the best spot though. Food and service used to be wonderful.
