I sat in the drive thru for almost an hour last night. The car behind me got out of line, parked, went inside, ordered, ate, and left before I even got to the window to pay. They were averaging 1 car every 5 to 10 minutes. The cheeseburgers looked like somebody sat on them and they weren't hot. I see more and more complaints about this location. If you can't adequately operate, then close already.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had. I'm not a drama queen by any means but there were 12-15 people that waited inside for their order ss we watched the cooks in back moving at a snails pace. One lady and I started a conversation about the lack of work ethic in most teens these days and how sad it was. Next thing we know, the teen working the cashier moves in and informs us he does not appreciate us speaking poorly of his generation. Yes, shock and awe came across our faces, then like 2 mother hens, we started to reprimand him for his action, then the energizer bunny also known as the assistant manager, came to the kids defense saying we shouldn't be insulting his employee. We weren't! We were simply discussing the lack of work ethic in general. We all start raising our voices and then the real manager stepped in and told both employees that she heard every word we said and we had in no way named this kid specifically and that we were right. To end this soap opera, I got my order 20 minutes later and there was an item missing. The assistant Mgr said that it had been removed per my request at the register. I showed him my receipt that proved I had paid for the item. Proof is in the pudding buy I've never had an employee verbally attack me like that.

Dirty bathrooms, didn’t have toilet paper in one of the two and the second was almost out, all of the tables needed to be wiped off, no napkins in the dining area. And this was at 3:30pm, not even at dinner rush. We ordered four items and two of them were wrong. Even paid extra for tomato on a hamburger and it’s supposed to come with two slices of tomato when you pay extra and we were given the end of the tomato that was about a quarter big. Felt bad for the worker that was trying to correct everything.

Pretty self explanatory. However, we were told that we could only be refunded for the burger not our whole order... Then offered more food... like NO THANKS

I wanted to order through app but they don't accept arch card as payment. I went in and ordered two double quarter pound deluxe sandwiches. The new cashier couldn't find them it was her second day. The manager or lead assisted I ordered through her. When I got them they weren't deluxe. The lead argued with me that I didn't say deluxe. Took them back and said had to be made fresh. 30 minutes later asked where they were and werent ready yet. She threw in free strawberry pies but I will most likely visit one of our other locations. I don't appreciate that treatment. I did not even bite the sandwiches just wanted what I ordered.

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. Ordered, they took my money, then I waited 35 minutes while a kid who couldn't put together a coherent sentence played with cups in front of the window, without getting my food. Never coming back to this location. Some people get FAST food because they are in a rush. Absolutely trash experience.

Be careful with your cards, this McDonald’s is closer to home so I always stop by this location. My card was charged around 5:16 pm, I was no where near this McDonald’s, so someone must have took my card information from the times I did use it here. I asked the manager (a guy) if he could check cameras etc. I was given cooperate number and they did deliver my concern but I have yet to hear anything about my refund and how I was charged. I sent proof to someone named Brandon of meh self on the highway, along with the time, showing I was not near there at all. I believe because of my proof , now they are ignoring me. If I don’t get a call within this week, I’m reporting fraud. Be careful with your cards at this location.

Avoid this McDonalds late at night. Night crew is 100% incompetent, from the person in back line, to the manager who bagged the food. Forgot 4 McDoubles, and a large fry. Put both slivered onions and rehydrated onions on a quarter pounder. Order 4 blueberry pies, got 3 and an apple pie. Literally everything we ordered was messed up. At least they got my drink right though.

Watched them drop food on the floor but they were still going to serve it to me until they realized I was watching them then they put it in a different happy meal happy meal and sent it out the window to a different customer. Even when they realized I was watching they were dismissive and did not want to dispose of the food.

I love this McDonald's. They have some great staff members that seem happy to see me each morning and know just how I like my frappe.
