Okay, I don’t like giving reviews but like it’s crazy you go to McDonald’s and the whole crew is outside when there is a line at the speaker box waiting to order. You go ask the crew what’s going on and the say “they closed early” okay if you closed early then why have people wait? Why don’t you go tell them that you’re closed so they don’t waste gas, gas is $4 a gallon like wow. Btw this is the McDonald’s In front of Kroger. So sad do better??♀️
Here lately every time I go to get food from this McDonald's it's always very poorly put together, today I ordered two McChickens no lettuce add Mac sauce, when I got my McChickens they had no lettuce and a whole bunch of mayonnaise leaking off the sandwich all over the place my fries were turned upside down in the bag, this is absolutely ridiculous it is not that hard. I will not be eating at this McDonald's ever again. Just plain pitiful.
The drive thru is a mess. Go inside and a couple of hippys are living in the booths. Egg Mcmuffin had one side with the right bread, the other side had mcgriddle bread. We also got breakfast burritos. We recieved no mild sauce as requested. Food was cold and pretty much nasty. The tables and floors were nasty, and this location is less than a year old. Never could get anyone to give me a refill. They just ignored me standing at the counter. GO ELSEWHERE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE!
WHY THE HECK would I order a mcchicken with no chicken???? Literally snubbed me for what I was wearing then gave me the wrong thing anyway. Sad old lady trying to make everyone else miserable.Update: boyfriend and I both got food poisoning, I wound up in hospital.
20 minutes waiting for food that's poorly prepared a 5 dollar burger should atleast have ketchup and mustard in more then one spot. Would recommend a diffrent one this one went down hill fast.
Super sweet workers / women that were there when I was. I totally had them pick the way they wanted to make my ice coffee, and whatever flavor. They really seemed like they loved it, and actually stirred it like no other McDonald's. I drank it all .. it was ice caramel and best made!
I went to drive thru and ordered sweet tea light ice but I got the unsweetened tea. I turned back and let them know I git unsweetened. The lady that seemed to be the manager, wearing red compare to the other employees rudely told me that I have to get inside to get my order corrected when in fact they made the mistake when I went to drive thru. Again, I got the unsweetened on my 2nd drink, I went inside and told the employee to give the sweet tea a try before giving me anything. She then told me that something was wrong and it’ll take some time to get my sweet tea so I ended up getting liquid sugar. The manager then came and I said an apology would be nice. I did not get any apologies from them from even at all and she crudely said “IDK what you’re talking about.”If I can give this place no star, I would’ve.1. Terrible customer service2. Terrible manager3. Toxic environment. You can tell by looking that the other employees are uncomfortable with her
Usually grab lunch from here omw back to my apartment. Ive never waited in the drive thru for very long, great customer service as well. Imo, its the best McD's in town.
This is by far the worst McDonald's in Richmond don't go here it is not recommended they cannot get your orders right the drinks just a while ago was nothing but carbonated water very rude won't let you speak to management and did I mention the sweet tea is not sweet what the.......
Every time I walk in this McDonald's to get my coffee it takes them at least 10 minutes. Even if there's only one person ordering ahead of me. The employees are nice... but it's like their trying to discourage people from walking in the restaurant by intentionally slowing down their orders.
