Ordered 2 separate orders and was told my total was 7$ and some change. Pulled up to the first window and payed and once I got to the second window I was missing a few items and when I checked the receipt to see if they even put my items in the order I seen that I was only charged $1.36. (Keep in mind I payed over 7$). So we waited until they came back to the window to let them know something went wrong. And when someone came back to the window she was very rude and angry and demanded we get out of her drive thru. But we stayed considering we payed 7$ and was only given part of our orders and was only charged $1.36. She then proceeds to CALL THE POLICE! Long story short, there’s been multiple instances where the management/employees at this establishment have been rude and treat their customers awfully. Will not be back.
I'd give it a zero if I could. The lobby was absolutely disgusting. There honestly wasn't a place that wasn't covered in trash or food/condiments. They reused old fries that were packaged for other orders. I will absolutely not be going back.
Went through used mobile order, first of all they sound rude over the intercom and just unpleasant. Anyways i order food and a Carmel macchiato. Get to the window and they say we’re cleaning the machine and since you paid on the app you have to get refund through the app. WRONG - call customer service & they say oh they’re supposed to refund you at the store. So here i am food now cold and no refund. They’re incompetent and rude and should replace almost every employee and start fresh!Besides one sweet girl at the second window.
Ordered 1sausage egg and cheese and one bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle No egg or cheese on either one. Ripped off again from this mcdonalds. Third time. I will not go back. If you order here, open each sandwich and check it before you drive. I suggest you dont go at all.
The Service has improved so much in the past year! The lady at the first window is so sweet. Shes having a tough time right now yet she soldiers on.
Stopped here for lunch while traveling. The tables and restroom were clean. The cashier was friendly and was quickly taking orders. Though it was busy, my food arrived promptly and hot with little wait.
My burger didn't have my Mac sauce and lettuce, fries were hot. They fixed another burger, but gave it to someone else. So manager gave my money back and gave me a burger. She said I am so sorry.
The manager there today was not only rude but incompetent. Waited in drive thru line 15 mins- no movement, so I went inside to order- nobody was inside ordering. I waited another 10 mins for her to take my order,20 mins to receive the wrong items,was overcharged and talked to like I was the problem. Won't be going here again..total time for a couple of burgers = 1 hr...never again
Save your money and spend it elsewhere! This McDonald's doesn't deserve one star but that's the only option I had to post a review. Our hot coffee was less than lukewarm. Our food wasn't warm and dried out. Management needs to do better!!!!
Ordered food and asked for pickles and ketchup on the side and the guy told me he had to charge me for it!!!
