Logan’s is, if nothing else, consistent. Amazing people, amazing food, and super duper service. I have eaten here dozens of times. My usual is the 6oz sirloin medium rare, side salad and baked / or sweet potato always loaded with a sweet tea. We also enjoy the loaded potato skins. It’s always perfect and hits the spot. Tonight I tried the country fried chicken with peppered gravy and waffle fries with a side salad. Yum! Waffle fries were better than Chick-fil-A. Of course these were fresh, salted and delivered hot to the table. I truly hope you have a good experience there as well. I really like this place.
We are road tripping across America so we are not from the area. Stopped here because my husband wanted a steak. He ordered a ribeye medium rare. Anyone that knows anything about steaks can tell you that it should have a pink center. His steak comes and our waiter asks for him to cut into to make sure it was how he wanted it (Our waiter did a great job and this review does not reflect the service). It was completely brown. The waiter apologized and immediately took it and asked the cook to redo it, the second one came out the same way. The third time the manager brought us the steak. He cut into the steak and it was still brown, but he said we will keep it because we really didn't want to send it back again. We then realized the the steak was on the more rare side, but was completely brown. That means that it had oxidized. We know that means that those ribeyes have been refrigerated for days to the point they changed color and were not fresh. We have never had a problem with a Logan's not having fresh steaks. We would not recommend this location.

Food was barely ok. Would not recommend. Portions were small, cole slaw was all mayo, no flavor. Best part of meal was the rolls.
I ate at Logan's for the first time last night, and it was an amazing experience. The food was delivered to my table in a timely manner, I was waited as soon as I got there and the food was even better. It was cooked perfectly, the ribs are to die for. The service is just absolutely amazing. I'm glad I decided to eat there!
I just finished a Delicious/Appetizing Meal from Logan’s Roadhouse in Richmond Ky Plaza. I highly recommend this location and the experience of hospitality given. I was Greeted by a delightful Bartender named Daniel, I was waited on by a lovely women named Gracie while exchanging conversation with a very experienced and kind Manager named Tj. My experience was well worth the wait and the cost. I will be regularly coming back for this experience of customer service and great tasting food. I recommend the Deviled eggs as an appetizer with the chicken as an entree. Thank you all very much!
My husband had the meat loaf sliders platter and i had the grilled chicken breast with rice gravy steamed broccoli and sweet potato baked. And it was all delicious.. Our waitress was kind sweet and very helpful..
The fastest part of our whole experience was how fast the waitress picked up our check when we were done. Food was great but the service was less than desirable. Would not recommend to friends or family.
