The food was great and the employees were all very friendly. I just miss the buffet.
Fast friendly service. Lady working the counter was knowledgeable. Very nice. Food was fresh and hot. Dinning area clean. Sweet tea was great. I do miss the buffet.
The Lady running the drive thru today 6/13/22 was super nice. She is kind of short with dark hair. Sorry, I didn't get her name but she was so friendly. Hard to find customer service that good these days.
So this was my first time at Lee's Famous recipe chicken and I shared that with the man behind the counter! I ordered two spicy thighs and to my surprise when I went to tap my phone on the thing nothing happened and he told me since it's your first time it's on the house! What a delightful surprise! They were pretty good thighs too way way better than KFC! I would definitely go back again they were a little salty but fresh and delicious! Thank you ???
Had somebody inside ordering at the line. However when I came in they said that it was closed and that nobody was allowed in. I don’t know if it’s because I’m disabled or watt but it was quite obvious the person that was in there was able to order and get their food.
I got the 4 piece all dark with m potatoes Cole slaw and biscuit and this was the best meal I have had from there. I am glad I gave them another chance. Thank you and good job.
The food was excellent as always. The lady working the drive thru was above and beyond in courtesy. You could "hear" the smile in her voice. This makes any food service recieve a good rating because it is not an easy job to do. Thank you
I really liked the lady manager there she is so sweet and kind but I don't have any good to say about that guy who works he's always been so rude and uppity to my girlfriend and I and we wouldn't be going back through if it wasn't for that sweet young lady who smiles at us each time we go there. Thank you for being such a wonderful person. See what you can do to find out what that dudes probably is ?
The store was dirty right after opening the floors were not swept or mopped. The vents were dirty very dirty. There was dust brown in color all over the wall above the counter. I took a good look around and it being after opening the store I would assume that all restaurants clean the seats and tables before closing. But not here they don’t look like they have been cleaned in a long time. I had went in to pick up an order for someone else had to wait and while waiting a customer came in and stood maybe 5 to 6 minutes with no one coming to the front to wait in him. They were all talking no paying attention. The customer left and probably at least 3 to 4 minutes past and the lady comes to the front and says I guess he didn’t want to wait. I’m sorry but that’s not good service. I’ve went thru the drive thru before and got frustrated for having o wait to long but I won’t come back here for myself again. This is not sanitary it’s just not a clean place to eat and the service is not good.
Ordered ahead believing someone would deliver out the door.... you know like pick up ..No you have to sit in a line through the drive thru for over 45 minutes to get the food that was said to be done at 5:30 and it is now almost 6:30 .
