Traveling back from Tennessee to nky on end of our vacation trip. Stopped here for a bite to eat for lunch and the chicken strips were like rubber. They were not edible the guy at the front counter was kind when I brought them back up telling them I can eat this there not done right or something but the girl in the back said there fresh we just made then I mean I brought them back up for a reason long story short they ended up making it right by replacing my tender boxes with edible not so rubber texture chicken.
I was first in drive through but they didn't have crispy breast and they didn't tell lady at drive through for over 15 mins. Then I had to get original or wait which she didn't want me to do, they left out my mac and cheese. I sat there 30 mins then had to go in to get rest of order and that took over 10 mins. I won't be back. There was plenty of worker's and they wasn't very busy.
I love the food. But I think the price on the food is to high. And i had to wait several times more then 15mins for my food some times longer but u have good food
If I could give less than 1 star for our KFC experience, I would. First thing the lady said was "just letting you know all we have is thighs and wings"... well... no surprise, we're use to that. It was more about the rude dude in the background saying, "yeah and we ain't makin none." So my boyfriend responded saying that was a bit rude, and we left.We don't go there often but it seems like every time we do, we leave more disappointed than we were when we got there. ?♀️
A little expensive but the food is good and the service is good.
Workers were great. Although they look over work.
It was absolutely disappointing. The biscuits were stale and hard, the chicken wasn't fresh either. However the Mac n cheese was good.
The ‘NEW’ KFC in Richmond - GROSS! I know fast food isn’t always great BUT here was awful. The fries were cold and hard! The ZINGER piece of chicken was way over fried and the smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen! I got home, viewed the shock horror … I took back to KFC, they said ALL the ZINGER pieces are small and that’s the way they come. I asked for a refund and was refused, but they were happy to change it all. Again the replacement chicken was over cooked/hard and tiny. VILE … will not be going there again ?, ashame as it is on my door step.
Prices just recently went up. Food quality is good, but for the price, I'll get Walmart deli chicken.
Always served with a smile. I've never gotten bad food or bad customer service at this restaurant.
