Ordered cookies at 8:30 pm NEVER RECEIVED THEM!! Was 8 mins away!! What a joke! They sure took the money & tip but didn’t provided the cookies! Canceled my order!! Bank refund 3 days later! THEY LIED & said I received the item then when I confronted them said the driver “forgot” my order!!
Came in just now with my family, the receipt says Tiffany helped us. They were amazing, very attentive and polite and cheerful and patient with our star struck kids (cookies and ice cream and so much to pick from!). Thanks for taking the time. It was a good sugar break after a long day.
30 mins and still not ready - I arrived when it said to arrive - I called like it said to call - no answer - everyone else in line got theirs on time - never again will this place get my business. Never. EDIT: not even what I ordered.
They did not take cash the cookies were amazing when we got them they were nice and hot and gooey inside all the perfect homemade granny cookies absolutely love them
I had never been here before even though it's been suggested. I ran into this location by accident and decided to stop in.Wow! I have a new love.The cookies were almost as amazing as the staff who was more than helpful to this newcomer.
Cookies are great! Would love to order more often. However, most of the time when I call, noone will answer the phone! I've called 3 times tonight. Stayed on hold forever each time. Call was never answered!!!
They lie about their hours. Placed an order with the app because they are listed as open until 1am and right after I placed the order they called and told me they were closed and would be giving me a refund. I haven’t gotten one yet though they said it was processed. So literally took my money…

Hands down the most inconsiderate staff that I've EVER came across. We went here with our family last night after the parade. There were several customers in the store. Several of those costumers (including one of our family members) were able to use the bathroom. The moment that my 4 year old grandson has to go, a young man with dark hair and slightly chubby locks him and my 68 year old mother out. I explain to the young man that he's 4 and he's either going on himself (which would be their floor) or in the bathroom, it was his choice. He refused to let them in. Soooo my Mom had to take my little grandson IN FRONT OF THE STORE IN A PUBLIC AREA, in the corner to tinkle because he simply couldn't wait any longer. My grandson was mortified and then began to cry because he couldn't hold what was coming next ??? and with NOWHERE for him to go, had an accident on himself that the entire family had to witness and be a part of all the way back home!!!! ?????? He trusts us to help him and protect him and last night, because of your inconsiderate staff, feels like his family failed to do that. He doesn't understand and I do not for the life of me know how to explain to him, without putting bad things in his head about people, that he couldn't use the bathroom when everyone else around him did. Shame on the staff there!!! We will NEVER visit your establishment again! I would also recommend ANYONE with elderly or small children, DO NOT GO HERE!!! They discriminate against them.
