I've eaten at this restaurant several times over the past ten years. I've always had great service and good food, but maybe once.. literally. This time would prove different. The pancakes didn't melt the butter. Bacon burnt,ham salty, sausage tasted weird.egg cooked too long. Waste of money that I didn't have to throw away. If it wasn't bad,then I promise I wouldn't say one single thing. Man y'all have done me so right over the years. Why does it got to be like this?
I really expected more. The food is good. We didn't wait very long for our food. I do feel like you don't get what you pay for. The pictures on the menu are deceiving. Drinks are way overpriced, I would suggest water. I paid 3$ for a small glass of sweet tea. The waitress will check on you every 3-5mins, that can be a little annoying to some. I will probably go to waffle house from now on honestly.
Our waitress Hailey was AMAZING she was the only waitress/cashier/bus person. When we came in she immediately showed us to our booth, offered a highchair & got our drink order, shortly after we arrived (2 booths were occupied) several other groups of 2+ ppl came in, again she was effectively seating, cashing out tickets, taking orders, as well as bringing orders out... all the while being attentive & pleasant..... BTW you could tell her back was hurting but not once did she complain, IHOP HAILEY DESERVES A RAISE!! ... she has been our waitress a few times each time we received great service & correct order....not that I can say the same regarding other visits we have had w/other wait staff, having to ask several times for correct order. A high chair ( we had to get it ourselves previously)Once we come in with 4 adults & 3 children, we were directed to a booth, when asked if we could sit @ 1 of the many empty tables we were told "I'll have to ask" we decided to leave a few times before ordering because of terrible service... we have decided to only come if "Hailey" is working in the future, she is fantastic!
Horrible foods ever! my wife couldn't eat her food, same as me and my kids. drinks tasted like expired drink just like the food.
This IHOP is the best one I've ever went too. The food was fast and tasted amazing. The workers here work so hard, especially when alot of restaurants are short on people. this is now and will always be tge best place to go to eat with my family. The Cinnastack pancakes are Heavenly. Thank you IHOP food workers you are very appreciated!
The food was yummy. Our server was awesome. He seemed to be having a down day but was totally upbeat towards his customers! I had the pancake combo with strawberry banana pancakes (delicious and one of my favorites), and my husband had one of his favorites, the breakfast sampler.
IHOP is a good place to have a meal. The food is very good and at times is very busy. The staff go out of there way to make sure your food is just right. There have only been a few problems since I have been going there. I recommend IHOP

I told them we had 6 people and the lady she was up front told me to hang on!! Then 10 mins later she came!! Told me it 45 mins to a hour a empty booth!! I seen like 10 empty booths!! This is Ridiculous!! We won’t be back to this IHOP at all!! We always get bad service!!
