Ashleigh was our bartender/server and she was fantastic. It was slow so she definitely was able to spend a little extra time with everyone. The food was great and the place was very clean. Definitely will come back when we make another trip down this way. Thanks Ashleigh.
First time eating at Hooters today. Very friendly staff, and great food. Our food today was on the house which was very generous.
smaller than most I've been to but it added to the coziness. crab legs were about 30 dollars so that's a little overpriced but always flavorful. tall boy blue moon was 9 bucks. service was pretty good and attentive.
Would give less than one star if possible. Horrible service. There were maybe 10 guests in the restaurant, our server never offered us refills till we were done eating. After delivering the check the server never returned to process payment. 30 minutes went by before we decided to ask someone else to do it, then she showed up, and said she thought we’d already paid. The wings were horrible. It was almost as if they had been cooked hours before and just sat there. They were cold, soggy, rubbery, and the sauce was horrible. I had the 3 mile island wing sauce, they weren’t even spicy. No flavor, just generic wing sauce. Do yourself a favor, and just go to Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is woefully in need of new management, and I’m not sure it will ever get better. This place used to have great wings, and service. But bad management has destroyed it.
To the owner. Sitting here with empty drinks and one of you waitresses is sitting behind us drinking shots with customers. No wonder this place is dead. Just left bw3 and didn't stay because the wait was 1 hour. Should of stayed there. Shame.....
We just left there. 3/30/2021 @ 7:30pm The food was great. We sat outside bc the weather was so warm. But our waitress was horrible. She was so mean and hateful, she even rolled her eyes at us 3 different times. We brought our grandson for his 12th birthday. At this point after the way she treated us, his excitement over Hooters is gone. Ours too. Someone needs to chat with that little lady
Went to have oysters on half shell...its in the menu and online, but they said they don't carry them anymore. Theyve done away with the 911 wings. After ordering some wings, they hardly had any sauce on them (not worth the 11 bucks for 6). Service royally was a major disappointment...took them 10 minutes to come take our order. I hadnt been to Hooters in 20 years. This restaurant has gone completely down hill.. This will be the last time.
Service was amazing food was amazing drinks were amazing...wouldn't have chosen a better place to spend my birthday at ❤❤❤
Overpriced and when delivered by DoorDash the entire cheese sticks order was left out. This reflects bad on the restaurant because it’s not the dashers responsibility to package up the food. $47.00 for food to be left out, just ridiculous. I thought restaurants wanted business. Apparently, it’s not the case.
We visited the Richmond established Saturday February 19th. We came in the hostess was very nice. The waitress we had when she came to take our drink our she was in a rush. Our drinks came and she said would you all like to go a head and order and we said no we need to look over the menu first. So when she comes back and takes our order she never comes back. We had our cups sitting at the end of table and she walked by I don't know how many times and didn't stop to ask how we were, refills, update on our food, not a word. So an hour goes by she comes to our table and tells my husband that they couldn't make his wings because they didn't have them, he says ok I just don't want anything then, then she bring mine and my children's food out and it was wrong and we told her and she looked at me in the absolutely worst possible way to look at someone. I lost my appetite instantly. She looked right at our table and seen that everyone's drinks were empty and didn't even offer to refill them then 10 minutes she comes by with the check. We will ABSOLUTELY never return to this location, the last time we were here m u husband's wings were raw and my food was much smaller than it should have been. This location you never see anyone there or never hear anyone talk about it and there it an absolute reason for it. We will never return. Very highly disappointed in the service we received tonight.
