Yes I love this place .For the main reason ... The hamburger was a real beef hamburger! It actually is awesome that there is a fast food joint that serves actual Beef! Instead of a what's in this burger? What mystery bi - product is in the burger made of ? And I do know of a few very popular fast food joints do buy downed cattle ( the livestock that has illness , or broken legs "ready to pass..on .. picked up by the rendering truck..) and 1 more thing.. always remember this little catchy phrase they use to market their burgers..( " our burgers are 100% ) yes the little beef in their burgers is 100% however. If you actually look up what is in it .. well.. go look .You might understand then..Yes Freddy's is a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Clean & friendly staff. Maybe 2 inside orders ahead of us but it did take awhile to get our food. Drive thru was really busy so maybe that's why.

Friendly staff and amazing food!

Clean, quiet, seems well kept. 6:30 on a mon night, was not crowded. Got our food quickly and it was hot off the grill. Fries could have been a little thicker. The beef was almost paper thin. Everything had good flavor but it is a knockoff of Steak'N'Shake. The sundaes were nothing special. Could easily get 2x as much food any other fast food place for the price charged. 2 burger combos with 2 regular sundaes was over $30. Not sure if ill return until prices get reduced.

Waited about a month to try this, hoping that the location would work out all the kinks and all the hype would die down. It most certainly left much to be desired, the staff is very nice and asks if you need any extra napkins or ketchup. They are patient because they know it's a fairly new store and a lot of locals are not familiar with the menu or franchise. I ordered the combo #1 Freddy original double, and had to wait a little bit for it to be prepared, because it is a \\\"made to order\\\" restaurant.\\n\\nThe food, the fries are well seasoned with the seasoned salt they use, however they are very small and most are overcooked. The burger was ok, the sweet onions, pickles and the savory steak blended well together. But the burgers were very thin and were a little too crisp around the edges. The drink of choice since I am from the deep south was sweet tea, and I was actually shocked, it tasted very much like bottled sweet tea and lacked the freshly brewed flavor.\\n\\nOverall, my experience was ok, the price was a bit steep for my liking and the food could use some work with cooking times. Please keep in mind that this is fresh, made to order food, so yes you will be waiting for you food to get cooked and prepared.

3 visits and staff don’t listen to customer requests, order wrong every time after waiting 35 minutes for the mess up order. They Need to learn how to take orders correctly, Items over priced. Only plus is the booth seats are soft/padded. Drive Thur layout horrible, trap no way out once entered. Almost as bad as Kroger McDonalds. TC

Feel free to share! Heads up! Freddy’s advertises $1.25 for a cheese curds upgrade. But when I checked my receipt it says 2.00. I asked the cashier about it and she agreed I was right. Went to ask for her manager and he told her to relay that he was too busy to talk to me. Once I finally got his attention he told me that the price went up. My question is, if there is 1500 orders of cheese curds a week, that’s a bonus of $1,125 a week. Why are we still supporting these thriving corporations that takes advantage of their customers. If someone knows patty the GM or Scott the RM please let me know. I’d love to talk to them.

I was extremely disappointed. I was informed that the food was an upgrade from Steak and Shake, whoever said that is lie. We ordered a Cod fish basket combo. The price was listed on menu. We paid $10.00 for 3 small pieces of fish and some fries. The fish were so small, they could be considered as fish nuggets. The steak burger was over seasoned. I noticed that veterans are eligible for a 15% discount. Being that it's posted in a small picture frame on the wall, I didn't recognize it until after I had already ordered my food and almost finished with it. My suggestion is that they post the veteran discount on the menu behind the counter. Don't use too much season on the food. If fish is going to be on the menu post it on the menu, and for goodness sake give the customer fish filets and not fish nuggets.

Food was great but unfortunately we waited for an hour for our meal. Had we not gotten our custard we would have gotten a refund and left. As people began to complain, they got served first while it threw other orders back farther. Place doesn't seem to be managed very well when it comes to people.

It was good, but the hamburgers are paper thin. Onion rings are good. Could have had a steak for the price we paid there. Very expensive for what you get.
