Great staff, food and customer service.3/29/2022Today would be the first time my sandwich was absolutely horrible. Tuna should not be brown or chewy!Quality is starting to go down hill. This was my fav sandwich place. My husband still eats here but I will not anymore.
I ordered a firehouse sub for the first time today. The produce was put on the bottom of the sub and the bread was so soggy that it fell completely apart. It was like it had been soaked in water. I was so disappointed it was not even editable what a waste of $15 dollars.
Really went downhill. Ordered a steak and cheese for carry out. There was very little steak. They charge 60 cents to add mushroom and there were maybe 3 mushroom pieces total. Also requested banana peppers and there were none on the sub. Just disappointing an almost $10 sub is on a dry bread and no flavor due to undersized amount of ingredients. Two stars for ease of ordering and pickup, 0 stars on food quality.
The food is great but the Girl who took our order had a very bad attitude. And from what we heard from other employees we were not the only ones who saw and heard it. But other wise a great place and really liked the horror of the Fire Departments.

Ordered a small chicken gyro today (Sunday, 12p). Didn’t get it until 12:28p. Literally 3/5 vegetables missing. No sauce, and barely any meat (one mini slice of chicken). They screwed up 4 other orders while I sat there waiting patiently as well. Def would never go back
Ordered online and got to the store early and seen the guy behind the counter give a worker from Canes Chicken a bag full of Brownies for exchange for food from Canes. When he finished my order my order was missing a brownie. I asked for my brownie and he said he was all out. He told me to just grab a bag of chips and you'll be fine. SMH
The night manager Brooklyn was very respect while taking order the crew moved out the order pretty quickly considering they were very busy . Would definitely return again
