We stopped while passing through and got our meal as a carry out to eat when we got home. They did not disappoint. We live outside of Toledo and miss having Fazzoli's there. It was always good and were sad when they left the area.
There somewhat consistent with the food, I can say when there on point the breadsticks they are in the top 1% easily.When my kid won't eat she will eat the breadsticks it's a last resort go to that works.
We received a flyer in the local paper and decided to try Fazoli’s again, although our memory of our last visit was not positive. The flyer showed discounts for ordering online. I still had their app, so that looked easy. However, ordering wouldn’t work even though every other feature of the app worked fine. So I would order at the counter and forget that “deal”. I told two different workers that online ordering wasn’t working but neither knew anything about it, nor were they interested in helping. I tried to get rotini with meat sauce rather than with marinara as the flyer showed. The worker said ok, but it came with marinara anyway. I gave him a $5 tip (on a $10.58 order). (I did this out of habit—I don’t think fast food workers get paid enough.). He took it with no “Thank you.” Or anything. The workers obviously don’t want to be there. I don’t either.
Laney has been at the front counter the last 2 times we have visited Fazoli’s! She is so sweet, and so helpful! She went out of her way to grab coloring pages for my kiddos! We will dine in just because of her! Thanks so much!
Just tried their Buffalo wings for the first time and I am a picky wing eater and have tried almost every place in Richmond that sells them and these are by far my very favorite only thing I wish that they sold them in orders of 100 so our family of 6 could enjoy them more great job 5 stars
Loaded baked spaghetti----------------------------Spaghetti sauce and meatballs very bland, needed much seasoning. Very, very little sauce, ALOT of noodles didn't have any coating of sauce or cheese at all. Didn't taste any bacon in it, they may of forgot to put it in. Italian sausage was the highlight of my meal, it was a VERY good quality. Very familiar taste with the breadsticks, they are good. Tasted very much like the ones I buy at Save A Lot. Also, I expected to see cannoli or spumoni on the menu. Nothing homemade. A VERY low end fast food Italian place Very disappointed!!!!
Restaurant was super clean, the food was really good and hot, and the workers was really friendly and helpful.
Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, and I just had a mobile order... that I was already a couple minutes late picking up. I even had to remind the cashier that I was still sitting at the order board. I shouldn't have waited that long. Never should I have waited that long.
Its a great place to go if you dont want to cook your own pasta?
