I love Dunkin’, been going here religiously for 4 years now but it’s been going downhill lately. First they got rid of the hazelnut flavor which I get was a corporate decision but a TERRIBLE one, ordered the same frozen hazelnut drink for years. There’s always a long wait time in drive thru, I don’t mind that but that past 4 times I’ve went, something is broken. Last time the ovens and frozen coffee machine were down. I understand things break but it seems to be consistently now, and they don’t put out signs to notify you. So you wait for awhile only to be told they’re not making any food or frozen drinks. Come on Dunkin )-:
I waited in line for 30 minutes plus to get coffee and a black pepper bacon snack bag. When I finally make it to the speaker to order I see a small sign saying out of bacon snack wraps so I order a wake up wrap to be told they are out of eggs for the wraps. I then just order a large coffee and I get a lukewarm medium coffee for $2.43!!! Come on Dunkin, get it together.
if you were the black girl with braids working thursday morning u literally made my entire day because of how kind you were. I was on my way to an exam and already nervous but your energy was so so kind and you made my drink in like 3 seconds I swear! anyways give this girl a promotion fr :)
I have been to this Dunkin many many times In the past 2 years and granted they sometimes have issues with their employees. Many times when I go in a few of the employees are just not paying attention to their customers and A few of them are listening to music and talking..A few of the female employees do not want to wait on certain customers. I know the new manager and he is going to get this Dunkin in shape. Changes take time. The donuts are always fresh, the different coffees and other drinks are very good as are the other food items that they have. Granted every business has some issues, just give them time . Every since the pandemic hit it has changed everything, try to be a little more patient ..
I don't think 100 negative reviews will be enough to warrant a change for this Dunkin'. it's just rough all the time.
Very nice staff who were very nice to my son. The donuts were great but the drink was terrible and way overpriced. I still gave it 4 stars because of the staff the cleanliness and the donuts themselves!
Walk in, tons of employees, long line in drive through and I had to get the cashiers attention because she had her back turned and was on her cell phone. Had a bad issue last time I was there, reached out, the owner messaged me and then silence. Also my doughnuts were just slung in my bag so the chocolate got on the others. Pitiful excuse for a store.
This place is ran by children. If you claim to be open at 5 am then open at 5. I have to be at work at 5:30 so went at 5 to be the first in line and bring my coworkers donuts, I ended up pulling off at 5:22 causing me to be late to work and they still hadn’t opened
What can I say..I'm from Massachusetts, so when Dunkie's popped up in Richmond! I was beyond Thrilled! I missed my French Vanilla Ice Coffee's!
