Used to be the best value in town, but not even Don Senor is immune to the crazy mark-ups on everything these days. Some items have seen an increase at almost 50%, and at those prices I can't be as kind with the rating. Used to, the value was so good that one could overlook the inconsistencies that come with buffet style food (dried out product, cold food, overcooked food, etc.) With the new prices, they're competing with other restaurants that are in a whole different league, and this one doesn't measure up. I'm sure I'll still visit occasionally, but I can't see myself being devoted like I was when I ate there twice a week.
OK so let me say this. It is of NO fault of the restaurant, but I was pulled away from the food I ordered via Colonel Delivery (BTW they are awesome as well) but I ordered 3 hard-shell tacos and they were not crunchy and cold when I returned from my meeting however, I mixed them around and make like a taco bowl and this food was delicious. Let me repeat delicious! You know you are doing something right when cold, slightly mushy food tastes awesome! WOW!! OK new favorite! Can't wait to taste it hot off the grill!
The food is usually pretty good. Good for the price. just don’t order any sour cream or guac for the extra dollar. they never give it to you
Almost every food joint in Richmond ky is absolute trash right now, but Don Senor has served me good, fresh, and correct food 100% of the time. Ive eaten here at least 50 times. Very nice people.
Great food. Good price. Excellent service. Great sauce selection. Usually little to no wait. The best of this type of food in town.
Extra 5$ charge after it cleared my bank account. So im assuming a tip charge that was added by an employee?! I threw two dollars in the tip jar and when they asked me to sign my receipt i even wrote “cash” on it. I wish I had kept it. Hopefully once I speak with the manager today they will have the one I signed. Be careful.
So authentic. I would recommend any time of the day. Nice service. Great food. And over all a great experience. One if not my favorite restaurant in Richmond.
Not only do they have excellent vegan options, their staff is knowledgeable and friendly about them which makes the experience of ordering enjoyable. This is a place I'm always excited to return to when I'm in the area. Everything tastes so fresh and portions are huge.

Their food is delicious (I get steak taco/quesadilla) & the hot salsa is definitely worth the tears lol
