My family and I ordered 1 large pizza, sausage and bacon with cheese bread, and 2 bowls of chicken Alfredo. I drove 20 mins to pick this food up and 20 mins back. Upon getting home to feed my wife and 4 kids that were starving we opened up these noodles to find they barely covered the bottom of the dish. Picture included. The 2 bowls together may have made 1 bowl. We are travelers so a discount for next purchase wouldn't work for us, but we were very upset seeing we spent $40 on this meal, plus the high gas prices to get there and back. Our pizza had pepperoni on it which we didn't order as well. Watch out for this Domino's place they don't know what they're doing.
I love the fact this place is open late and gets to my place at a timely manner. Food is always on point and i rarely have an order wrong. I order from this place very often.However, lately, there's been an issue with ordering online (website and app). I guess it's the new GPS they have because it keeps going to the wrong address and I haven't changed my address at all. The drivers, however, always manage to correct the mistake and deliver my orders.This has happened three times in a row. Wish they could fix this issue soon.
Usually pretty good, but the last couple of times they have really not seamed to care.Website was down, had to use the automated phone number & it got it wrong & cost me $4 extra & they never offered to fix it when I was at the window.4inches of crust was also very dissatisfying. Usually a decent pizza for the money, but not lately. ?
Ordered delivery for the first time in a long time because it is so expensive, delivery charge plus driver's tip, but tired of getting out in this freezing cold weather. Total time from placing order online until we received the pizzas, 30 minutes! Impressive! The delivery driver, Nathan was a young kid and he was very polite and grateful for his tip! The employee's attitude makes it or breaks it for me! Oh and the pizzas were hot and delicious!
Brandon delivered my food tonight and I had already paid. He refused to give me the food because someone at the store marked it unpaid and he demanded payment, although I showed him where my bank account had been debited. He called me ignorant multiple times and really talked down to me. When the error was on the store’s end. Let me go on record saying I do not feel safe in my house now knowing that he knows where I live and is such a hot head. I repeat, I do not feel safe incase anything happens to my home or my family. This altercation occurred on 2/6/22 if anything happens to me, my family, my property, or my pets, he is the only person I’ve had any words with. I called the store and expressed my safety concerns with a manager and he assured me I didn’t need to call the police, although I felt like I should because I was verbally attacked and talked to like a dog on my own front porch. I feel the need to document tonight’s experience.
why do you not answer your phone dominoes?! you have messed up the past 4 orders. I have sat on hold for a total of 30min waiting for a team member to just replace the last order and cover the replacement order. this is beyond outrageous! I placed the same order and when it arrives I'll have your delivery driver call the store or managers cell phone to make note of the unacceptable performance of your team. I mean seriously. why do none of you answer the phone? that's just rude & how is it possible YOUR FOOD DELIVERY AND SOME OLDER FOLKS DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO ORDER ONLINE OR IN THE APP. AGAIN THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
Love Dominos. They are always open when everyone else is closed, they are fast and the food is always great. We order dominos alot at my house. I feel like the rewards program could be a little better since the cost of their food is a little higher. But domino's is a family fav at my house.
I just ordered a pizza through Domino's online ordering & I just want to say...they did an excellent job! This was, by far, one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten!! Kudos Domino's staff in Richmond, KY on the Eastern Bypass!
I ordered a pizza and they said it would be 20 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes and they said that it been made yet They took payment and then said that it's not ready.They have the most awful customer service people. She told me come in 30 minutes and be ready. They won't deliver it to me with more money. Awful.
We ordered tonight and got NO ICING with our cinnistix. This is the SECOND TIME they have done this. We let it go last time, but tonight I called and asked that they bring it. Its been 2 hours………still NO ICING I am done!
