So we came here tonight got a 4 piece chicken basket and a barbecue chicken toss basket they didn’t ask if we wanted drinks with are food or anything they charged us $25 for those things when it use to be cheaper and saying if u add a drink it’s a $1 more who ever was working needs to be fired because they have no clue what there doing at all they also had us and everyone else pull to the curb side and wait for the food and the lady was really rude and took forever
I placed an ice cream cake order with little hopes it would look good because it's not a decorating place understood. Also the theme is frogs and mushrooms for a teenage boy so I was afraid it would look super girly and for a small a child. My husband picked the cake and we are all so impressed!! This location did a fantastic job!!! From the lady that took my order and helped me figure everything out so it wouldn't look girly to all those that helped get this cake decorated and put the door on time!!! Kudos to this team ?
Came here 2 nights I a row for them to have nothing I ordered. No milkshakes, the milkshake machine was still broken, no napkins, 2 separate orders bagged into one (I still don't know what that's about) and some snot nose kids who were as rude as they could be. I understand they sont wanna work. No one does. This is the new United States of America
I have never had a good experience here since I moved here. I’ve gone probably 8 times in two months. Once, after a 20 minute wait from ordering, I got cold food. Every other time, they’re either out of all chicken and fries, another time, not taking card, another time, just let us flat out know we’d have to wait 45 minutes for food so we left, etc. it’s really close to us so I always wanna give it another try cause I keep thinking “it can’t always be a bad experience.” Doesn’t matter what time I go. Before work, lunch, or after work. Only once in the 8 times I’ve tried have I ever been given an option to actually go ahead and order and not have an issue and I still had to be parked for 20 minutes to get cold food. I’ve now given up even trying to go there. And it’s never been busy any time I’ve gone. Even passing it, it’s never backed up. I think all the locals know it’s a waste of time when I didn’t. I now just wonder how it’s honestly still in business.
We came for the free ice cream cones and got what we came for. No smile on greeting just opened the door handing out cones.
Waited in drive thru 20 min. There was one car ahead of us. Got 2 cheeseburgers. They were cold. Called and told them. Took those two back and they gave us two more. Bottom bun was warm too was cold. Cheese not melted and the buns left a funny taste. Sorry won't go to this one again.
Ordered 6 dollar me so deal with a hot fudge sunday almost no shot fudge and they give me the sunday first and asked me too pull thrift and wait on the rest. So I had too eat the sunday while waiting on the rest of my meal or I guess I could have waited and drink it like milk. My trip to dairy queen SUCKED! And you still can't dine in!!!!!.
Service was absolutely horrible and they wouldn’t make a banana split , saying they had no strawberry topping so , I ordered a strawberry sundae ,,,?? okay so how’d I get a strawberry sundae when you have no strawberry’s or topping , ummm ok , anyhow overall it was a bad experience , and that sucks because Dairy Queen’s one of those spots you go to every now and again , maybe once a month or so , but when you crave it ya want it!!! So anyhow maybe leave this location alone?
I would of gave zero stars but I had to at least put one unfortunately. I went to get a simple biscuit. Not only was the food super expensive but the bacon was burnt. I asked for crispy.. not burnt! The GM was rude! He cussed me out, told me I HAD to go to my car, flipped me off and told me not to come back to his property. He refused to give me contact info for the company! This person doesn't deserve that position.
I went through the drive thru for breakfast. The order was taken correctly. The employees were friendly and kind. The service was fast and they didn't mess up my order. The place looked clean. No trash in the parking lot and the trash cans were not over flowing. The food was hot and very delicious. Over all it was a great experience and I will return in the future.
