Always a good consistent experience. Very helpful staff. Try fish sandwich or mushroom Swiss burger. Crinkle cut fries. Great root beer. Custard flavor of the day is best value. Custard and drink included in kid meal and burger is regular sized. Regular adults should count on $10 per person with dessert
I was upset because the young lady who made my red raspberry ice cream in a cup, put the ice cream in the cup. I had asked for cheesecake topping and as she put it on my ice cream she put her hand in the topping, dropped some on the counter and proceeded to put it on my ice cream. No gloves are worn. Then she wiped her hands on her apron. When she presented it to me I said no and told her why. She got a little snotty attitude threw it away and made me another. No apology. Just rude.I explained that with Covid and germs. She was just not nice. Period...

Delicious, creamy vanilla concrete stayed frozen for almost an hr, even if it is artificial flavoring. Big crinkle fries. Decent burger. Enough food that I was glad I got the single patty.
Nice clean lobby and friendly workers. It was busy so we had to wait in line for about 10 minutes to order, only two cashier's open.The ice cream was good and the kids loved it.
We really like Culver's. It is now our favorite fast food restaurant. The employees were helpful and efficient. The frozen yogurt is fantastic. Clean and comfortable.
This store just refused to serve me. They said "we cannot sell that to you anymore by itself." Then why is it on the menu? When asked to speak with the owner they said I could come back between 8:30 and 9am. Nice window.
We stopped by for a few kid's meals. The kid's meal burgers are as big as the adult burgers so you get your money's worth. Bonus... you get a free cup or cone of custard, too, so if you order from the drive thru, make sure to ask for your custard. They'll remove the coupon that's attached to the bag and give you the custard with your meal.I upgraded the fries to fried cheese curds w/ marinara sauce. They're amazing. The crinkle cut fries are pretty good if they're hot and salted, and here they usually are.The drive thru staff was very friendly and courteous. She gave us our drinks at the window. Then she asked us to pull up to a spot where they would bring out our food when it was ready. Some people don't appreciate this, but I feel like it usually means the food is more fresh since we had to wait for it to be ready, and it usually doesn't take very long so I really don't mind. The food was hot and delicious and made just the way we ordered it.
Stopped in Richmond, KY last night after a 13 hour drive from Florida. Decided on a burger - big mistake. I have NEVER had a Culver’s burger that was so poorly made. Granted, it was 8:00 pm, but the burger was too well done, to the point of burnt, and the cheese was just slapped on and never melted to the burger. More than likely, the burger was sitting around for a while. It wasn’t like there wasn’t foot traffic in the establishment, as the place was pretty full.
Quit shutting down the ice cream machine early. When asked to remake the ice cream order because of lack of attention to detail of the order, don’t give me an even worse one. Drive thru staff needs work.
