I ordered to-go lunch to take to my mother who is in a nearby nursing home. I ordered fried chicken tenders with 3 sides. She eats very little, but she loved it as an alternative to the N. H. food. The food was great at a reasonable price. One order was plenty for us both to eat, and I had extra to take home. The food was good at a great value.
We learned our lesson. Ordered dinner takeout online April 11, 2022. Order was packed and ready when we arrived, we paid and continued on to our hotel just off I-75 Northbound. Settled down for dinner to find burnt (black) biscuits and overcooked southern fried chicken, very dry. The hashbrown casserole looked like it had been scraped off the bottom of the pan. It looked like we got all the kitchen rejects in our order. We learned our lesson. Never again Cracker Barrel.
Our business brings us to the area (Yeti commercial Roofing solutions) and I get to choose where we dine at. You can't go wrong with Cracker Barrel. No complaints the food the service the cleanliness its always nice.
We went to cracker barrel for my birthday. The waiter was friendly and the food was excellent! It's hard to go wrong with Cracker Barrel. I don't ever remember a bad experience at the Richmond location.
Got a country fried steak and dumplings while in the area. I placed a takeout online order and my food was ready and waiting when I arrived. This location is exactly what you hope for when you go to Cracker Barrel, and the food was delicious. Staff was also super friendly. Would stop there again.
Food was good. But the hashbrown casserole was cold. The servers were great, but the cashier wasn't friendly so much.
Visited Cracker Barrel in Richmond, Ky. Wife and I had roast beef dinners that were cold, carrots, green beans, mash potatoes looked like they had been prepared the day before. Corn bread was cold. Very unhappy with meal that cost. It was like trying to eat left overs! Will not return to Cracker Barrel for another meal. Also employees were running around with masks down under their noses. Wonder how they think Corona Virus is transmitted? Employees need to be trained or this restaurant needs to be closed!!
Friendly and fast service. Like the shop. Most of the time the food is great. A few times it was a little dry and tasted old. However that is only a few times not every time.
The lunch deals... $6.99I had the meatloaf, mashed potatoes w/gravy, and carrots, comes with choice of biscuits or corn bread.Delicious.Had to get a to box.Great atmosphere, wait staff gives you space to enjoy your meal.Great meal.
This is the best Cracker Barrel I have been to in years! Great food and a great staff.
