Cleanliness, prompt service
Normally we have no issues with Chick-fil-A and was excited to get food after driving 7 hours from Michigan. Staff was friendly like usual and took our order with no problem. We got our food and got to the hotel only to discovered there was an issue with our order. I called immediately but realized they would be closing in 15 minutes. They lady acknowledge that I had an issue and said normally I would have to go back to get the correct items but since they were closing they would apply a credit on the app or mail me vouchers. Almost 3 weeks later and still nothing which means I need to call again.
I wish I would have taken a picture, waited a couple hours to eat so I could have my Chick-fil-A as we are driving from Tennessee back home to Il. Couldn’t wait to eat it & when we pulled away from the drive thru and on to the interestate I opened my box to find a bun that was almost disintegrated. It was like wet paper towels or something. Just smooshed down to nothing I ended up eating the chicken - but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth! What the heck happened with the bun?!?!
awesome food had the grilled chicken sandwich
Stopped on our way home from vacation/ spring break.. I lie chicken just don't like the seasoning they add in there breading.. can never eat more than 3 tenders.. but love their chick-fil-A sauce..
Such a great start to the day. Not sure the name of the bubbly blonde that waited on me but she was pleasant and helpful. Great food and service.
The place was packed, but they were very quick and efficient to get orders out. The staff was great as well!
The day of my visit, as most days except Sunday. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building. The dining are was opened with limited seating space available. The food was hot when it arrived at my table. The order was correct as you would expect from Chic Fil A. This is always my stop for a quick lunch while on the interstate.
My son loves his chicken and they are one of the VERY VERY few places that offer gluten free places however it's really hard to navigate the drive thru. I try to avoid it when it is crowded which is always so again I'm finding myself not going there because I'm afraid I'm going to get hit due to traffic.
I have never been to a drive thru as busy as this one that is run as smoothly and efficiently as Chick-fil-A. The staff are always pleasant and very helpful. I saw a mother order and she was 2 dollars short and she was scrounging in her purse. Her child was standing with her watching her try to pay for his food. The cashier went to a box and got out 2 dollars and paid for her food and said they have that fund for just such occasions. That impressed me and the mother was so thankful. Ive never seen that done anywhere else. Stuff like that is really needed in this world
