Saw employees close bathroom cause they didn't want to clean itTried to say lights weren't working but every light in the building worked.We went in anyway and no toilet paperLazy people...no customers. So no excusePlaying on their phoneUnacceptable as a traveler with kidney issues

Food was warm and it poorly wrapped in the sandwich paper. Whopper was half covered and the lettuce and mayo had got on my hands and the inside of the bag. Annoying and messy. Plus the beverages had hardly any ice in them and they to were kind of warm and hard to handle due to cup bending at top. Seems like no matter where you are, whenever it be night or day... All BKs are very consistent in being rundown, poorly managed, dirty, non swept, missing lighting in sign or store and being understaffed. It's a real close race between them and KFC for worst resteraunts for appearance and cleanliness.

**Edit: Much improved. Service and staff is doing a great job. Keep up the good work!I'd give it zero stars if I could. Always dirty, unkempt. Staff would rather hang outside and smoke than work. No longer go here and advise everyone I know to do the same.

This place is so unsanitary and has a bad habit of keeping their doors locked, which might actually be a good thing considering what I found in my food. Who knows what the inside looks like. What I found in my sandwich was a bug that appeared to be a roach. There was definitely some kind of bug cooked into the sandwich, I know for a fact because a few of its legs were sticking out of the side so I pulled it out and it appeared that the body was deep fried but the legs were not! It looked just like a walking piece of food. I don't know how this is possible, but this place really shouldn't be allowed to operate or they should at least hire cooks who actually pay attention to their food!

Terrible service, rude people. Ordered a Bacon King Breakfast Sandwich for the first time, it didn't have the sausage patty on it. Went back through the drive thru. Girl asked me if she could see the Sandwich for "proof." Says pull around to the front while they make me a "fresh one." Lady brings out a new one. Thats it. Not one apology, not an acknowledgement that the Sandwich was made wrong. I checked it twice, no patty, checked the new one, it had a patty. Not sure just when hospitality service became Hostiltality Service. Gezzz.

I am aware that breakfast stops at 10:30am every morning. However, I showed at 10am to order a biscuit and was told that they were out. If you're going to serve breakfast until 10:30am, then you need to have biscuits ready to serve until then. This is not the first time this has happened. I ended up having to go to Hardee's to get some Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuits. I would be OK if the person at the drive-thru would have me to park my car in the parking and wait for biscuits to be made. But that was not the case. When a customer orders biscuits around 10am, you need make sure that they are available to serve. Since I was told that they were out of biscuits, I drove off and went to Hardee's instead of Burger King. If all the other Restaurants can have biscuits available until lunch, then burger king needs to do the same thing. Not being able to make biscuits is just lazy and will not be tolerated!!! Looks like I will not be eating at this location anymore. Unless someone contacts me and apologizes, I will not be eating at this location anymore. The management at this location needs to improve ASAP!!! There is a customer complaint that has been submitted about this situation.

This Burger King Is "THE BEST"!! Just like every where else they're short of help. So the dining room is still closed. You have to go thru drive thru, which i mostly use the drive thru always anyway... I'm just posting this so you know if your reading this that they're is no inside dining. But listen as far as service and food being hot and order correct and prepared correctly,.. This is"THE BEST BURGER KING" I've ever beento... The people that work they're are always polite and always ask you if you need condiments, napkins etc....These people working are doing 2-3 Peoples job and still manage to be polite and friendly!! So let's ALL NOT FORGET & remember these people came in today to work and are doing more then 1 persons job and if it weren't for them we wouldn't be able to choose BURGER KING for our BREAKFAST LUNCH OR DINNER so THANK YOU WORKERS AT BURGER KING FOR BEING THERE TODAY AND EVERYDAY YOUR THERE!!

I was there on August 9th and overheard a male employee cursing out another employee. I was there I believe around 2:45-3:00pm. I saw who I believe to be a female manager standing to the side who did nothing. I was deeply offended I had to overhear that and felt very sorry for the employee being yelled at. I believe it was a female employee because at the end I overheard a female arguing back with him. Hopefully you can take this information and fix the situation because the man yelling had been screaming and cursing before he started yelling at somebody saying all kinds of awful things and then that anger was directed towards a person. I’ve also been in before and heard who I believe to be the same employee screaming and cursing. I’ve heard this happen multiple nights from the same person and no one has stopped it because it keeps happening. I will probably not come back to this restaurant and would stop anyone I know from coming here for its lack of professionalism.
