This was the worst experience today we have ever had here. Ordered drinks and got the wrong drink delivered. Ordered food and received half of it and got the other half 20 minutes later missing the celery and a wing. How hard is it to count to 10? The lack of sauce on the wings was awful. Very very awful. Not sure if they just had a turnover of employees or what. But it will be a while before I try again.
This Buffalo Wild Wings is a little better than the rest. Staff is friendly and prompt. Even on fight/game night they are pretty snappy with your orderA little slower on game/fight night as to be expected.I would give them a 5-Star however their use of sauce is wildly inconsistent. You can literally have a 1/2 and 1/2 order and one be fully covered in sauce while the other side of your plate was left lacking with dry crust longing for attention.If you want full coverage I guess you have to ask for it.All-in-all I'll be back but I'll be asking for more sauce.
We eat here(Richmond location) all the time and normally done have a problem with any of the servers. Tonight however, our waitress wasn’t pleasant. Her name was Courtney. She didn’t seem to want to be there and was annoyed with everything. We had another waitress step in and take over. Her name was Kristina. She was awesome! Friendly and professional! We LOVED her! Will come back for her.
Literally the worst screw up of a restaurant ever. Every time we order it from DoorDash they mess the order up. We know this, so when we ordered tonight, my wife literally called the store to explain what we wanted so they wouldn’t mess it up (no lettuce or tomato on a wrap). But guess what, they still screwed it up. Called in and manager said we should have ordered on their website, kinda defeats the purpose of DoorDash lol. So after an 80 hr work week I get to drive there to get food that should have been delivered correctly to me.
Used to go to BW3 on the regular. As the price went up and the quality went down we stopped going. Gave it a try in northern Indiana about six months ago and it was excellent. Decided to go again in Richmond KY and it went back to terrible. Service = slow, food quality = poor (cold, old and salty), beer = fresh and tasty, atmosphere = good, price = way too high for what we received. We won’t be going back. There are too many other options to “settle” for an overall poor experience.
Sophie!!! OMG…. Absolutely the best waitress on the planet! Amazing knowledge of the menu, both food and beer, gave great advice for best experience, and made me feel like the only customer in the whole place! Best BDubs anywhere!!!
We've ate here a few times AND TODAY WAS THE WORSE FOOD we have had from here. In the Past, the Food WAS always Great, NOT TODAY. The ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE FROM TODAY, WAS THE SERVICE. Our Server, Kathryn WAS GREAT, BUT NOT THE FOOD. AFTER TODAY, WE WON'T BE BACK. There is a Local, Independently OWNED RESTAURANT near our Home, AND IT ALWAYS HAS AWESOME FOOD AND AWESOME SERVICE. ALSO, It seems RESTAURANTS THAT ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED HAS THE BEST FOOD AND SERVICE. I HAVE YET TO BE LET DOWN BY "Mom and Pop" Restaurants, TODAY WAS JUST A REMINDER. Again, the Service was Great, IT'S THE FOOD THAT WASN'T WORTH HAVING.
Classic BWs. You order hours in advance then 1.0 minutes before your order is supposed to arrive they cancel the order. This has happened multiple times at this location. You pay upfront, they cancel the order then tell you it will take 7-10 days to refund your money. This place continues to go downhill in customer service. Long time customer will no longer support this poor service.
