I decided try Big City Pizza while traveling through Richmond. I had never eaten anything from Big City Pizza, but some of my friends had and complimented their food.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly staff and a pleasant dining atmosphere. Since my favorite pizza is meatlovers, I placed a carry out order for a large The Bronx with a hand tossed crust.The pizza was very delicious and reminded me of the pizza I had eaten while I was in the military in New York.I recommend eating at Big City Pizza and plan on returning there in the near future.

Usually love supporting “local” businesses, but this place has left a lot to be desired. Domino’s blows this place out of the water in terms of service time, quality, and pricing (which is alarming). Ordered 50 bucks worth of food (2 sandwiches, 1 small salad, buffalo wings, and 1 order of cinnamon twists). Cinnamon twists were advertised as having icing on them, but when they arrived, they did not. Salad had the two extra ingredients that were requested, but was laughable considering the price to size ratio. Salad was very small, and only came with one free 1.5 oz dressing packet. The sandwiches were ridiculously small as well. The philly cheesesteak was alright, albeit skimpy, but the fifth ave heartache was HORRIBLE. The sandwich did not come with the advertised buffalo sauce and ranch, and had one thin layer (maybe 10 pieces) of tiny chicken . . . crumbs? Whole sandwich was basically 5 inches of bread. Awful. Lastly, the buffalo wings were cold and rubbery. Just overall very unappealing. To top it all off, the order did not even include napkins or a utensil package for the salad / cinnamon twists. It’s a shame that you pay a lot of money for a product and don’t even receive what you order. Hey, but at least we got a few free paper plates! Save your money and order elsewhere!!!!!
Walked in and was told my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I asked where it was at they said they messed it up and were remaking it. They claimed it would only be a few more minutes. Finally 10-15 minutes later I got the pizza. Not to mention while I was waiting there was a dead roach on the floor. Will not be coming back!
Just different but delicious. If you like variety when it comes to pizza and want to change it up they are a good one to sample. If you're in to Apollo's or other such chains then it's a win here too.
I have never had a better ham and pineapple pizza. If you try any pizza here it should be that one. It is awesome. The people who work here are friendly and fast at what their job.
The food tastes good but staff does their job but not too friendly to those seated, when we were there last it was the same good food and I did notice out of the 5 tables only 1 left $2 fo a tip even though no one came out of the kitchen except to clear & clean tables. It's nice to be friendly so I hope they stay as our family enjoys this place
Delicious pizzas and several tasty options. Fast and friendly take out service but haven't had the pleasure to try dining in.
Pizza came out 8 minutes before cheese stick and was barely even warm. Response to issue was lackluster. Cheese sticks were good.
This place has amazing customer service!!! Seriously every single person I've talked to has been amazing! The food is absolutely awesome(we have order a variety of things off the menu and all of them are amazing!)
