Just got this out of the bag….. how sad! If I wanted Medium curly fries I would have paid for Medium curly fries…. But I paid for a Large and as you can see I didn’t get it.
The guy in the drive through who I'm pretty sure is the manager straight up lied to my face saying that the happy hour was no longer a dollar I literally only go there during that time because it's cheap. Said that all of the items are now starting at dollar when it's posted on the menu that the items are a dollar happened twice I even checked the Arby's website to see if it changed so the guy is just charging full price to make more profit for the store I assume but the guy either doesn't know what he is doing or clearly is just overcharging.
Just ain’t the same. Maybe it’s me, the breads always on the border of being stale, beef n cheddar was always that go to but lately it’s been awful, don’t even bother with the sliders.
Truth be told that was not the best experience! When I pulled up the young man was talking on the phone or something he wasn't really paying attention to me and the food was not up to par! One sandwich didn't have enough cheese and the other had shredded meat underneath the sliced meat. They say they have the meats but I would disagree! I won't be back ?
Stopped here for my mom the first time they got her order wrong but it was close enough that she ate it anyway but they're super nice just takes a while to get through the drive-thru
Food was good, the front side walk was slick and there was no straws??
If I could rate 0 I would. I just got home from ordering a beef and cheddar sandwich and loaded fries. I got no cheese or any type of sauce on my sandwich and my fries looked like someone threw up in a bowl and passed them off. But hey at least they got my drink right. Thanks for the great dinner my trash can enjoyed.
Upon arriving at Arby's, I noticed that there was a line backed up almost to the entrance, as I pulled onto the parking lot. At first I almost left and went somewhere else but I decided to see how fast the line was moving before I gave up on the only place that has my favorite condiment. As I pulled up in line and got behind the car in front of me, I started looking around for some thing to frown upon. The parking lot was clean, Windows on the building were almost invisible and shining like new, no trash cans over flowing, the landscape looked like it was recently attended to, lines in the parking lot were visible, dumpster area clean and oder free. Not one thing that I could knit pick about. While I was looking for something to critique about, I failed to realize that I was about to be at the speaker and should have knew what I wanted to order. The order was simple, the 2 for $6 deal on the beef and cheddar with a drink. The order was taken correctly and the person taking the order spoke clearly and was very polite. The drive thru line was moving very fast today. Way faster then usual. Not entirely sure why but the speed improvement was noticed and appreciated. I barely had enough time to count out my money and have it ready for when I got to the window to pay. Once I got to the window to pay I had the exact total and required nothing else but my order, extra napkins and Arby's sauce. The order was made correctly, and it was very hot. Everything was in the bag and left me thinking, "wow, what exactly happened to this place, and how does one find out." This was literally, the best experience I have EVER had in the drive thru at any Arby's. Saying I was impressed would be an understatement.
We go to Arby's every Christmas Eve for milkshakes and have for the last 17 years. The manager is great and has a friendly staff.
The inside was immaculate! Very clean and very courteous. Highly recommend
