Wow.... I've been to several road houses all over the country but this was a disaster.... crispy burnt ribs, well done steak when I ordered rare.... I told the manager and she "reduced" my dinner price....I took the raw rolls to the kitchen Manager and he shook his head and apologized. Then then started checking other baskets of rolls and pulled them off the shelf as i was walking out. I get sometimes things don't go right, but serving raw rolls can make someone sick.
One of the few open places to eat at 10:00pm. It was end of night so we were horribly greeted & seated...but had a great waiter who still treated us & worked our table as if beginning of his shift. The food was great & was given fresh bread at table for old bread we got at seating. Would come back if we are treated nice when entering as we were at table & alcoholic drinks were able to be made promoted on menu....out of ingredients to make the two drinks I really wanted. Sorry, despite everything going on in the world all items could've been purchased at Walmart next door
Great staff however, the last two occasions I have eaten here? The first my steak was nothing but fat throughout the entire steakThe second occasion, the food runners were "playing" just off the kitchen and we had to ask our server to get our dinners which were extremely cold by now. This process took literally over one hour.Will not tolerate an establishment which allows their teenage food runners to dismiss their job functions.
Steak was only warm on top because it sit under heat lamp. Cold on bottom waited a hour for the food then when our food came out they were out of potatoes but waited to tell us that so had to wait on steak fries. Got manager told her about my steak she gave discount plus went back and immediately got our baked potatoes. Sounded off they didn't have then when our food was ready but manager went right back and got them. Steak was not cooked how I ordered it was well done time it got to me because it sit under heat lamp.
Great service everyone was great as always I love the steak here unfortunately this visit it wasn't as good as usual but definitely better then anything else around. I love the environment with all the wood and taxidermy. I'd like to see the peanuts come back to the tables. I normally eat some in the waiting area
Most of the time the service is at least 9/10 all the way around and the food is great. They take care of the customers and my daughters enjoy the birthday surprise. TI recommend the rolls, rattlesnake bites & a good cowboy cut sirloin to anyone
At first didn't think it would go good cause they were not prepared for 10 of us, but then our waitress came and she did her best to make us feel comfortable thank you Miyranda. However when the food did finally come there was a hair in the chicken salad, they take it back to get another so my friend had to wait for her food everyone else ate so asked for boxes to take hers home to find yarn or string in the salad. Damn was so close to one happy meal together but maybe next. They did take the chicken salad off the tab but still disappointed and hours away from home.
Texas Roadhouse is one of the best steak houses you can eat from. My wife and I love to go out for dinner here. But it is always a wait!! I highly recommend to get on the waiting list online or on the app so when you get there you don’t have to wait two hours.
Stopped in while visiting family. Really Looking forward to a nice sit down meal. 6 of us out for dinner. salads came with no tomato or cucumbers. Ordered a tall no tall available. My Ribeye ordered medium came back half medium well half literally raw. Sent back for a refire. By the time it came back my family was ready for take out boxes. Well enough time for another steak to be made I finally received my refire. Now completely well done dried out and a cold baked potato. Nice to drive an hour wait a half hour for table. Drop 160 bucks and I get 2 beers and a bowl of lettuce, cheese and dressing. To top it off.. Sister in law asked for peanuts on the way out. The guy was irritated he needed to go get them.
Service on the slow side, but that’s fine. Ultimately, the bread was over cooked, cold, and sat out way too long. Imagine a crunchy outside, cold inside, but slightly stale. Disappointing. The wood was fine, but the stake was over salted.
