Coal run store closed with like 8 people in line at the drive thru on Saturday April 23 when it wasn't even time to close.
My order was wrong, paid an extra $1 for each soft taco to have sour cream and the sour ceam wasnt on them.
We eat here all the time. And here lately every time we order in the daytime everything is fresh and delicious. Which was a big change from the past for us. We use to have to eat here late because if we ate here during the day shift it was all dried beans and beef that seem to have been sitting there for a while...... . Now if only they would get the zero sugar Baja Blast mounting dew i would definitely give it 5 stars ????? Thanks for the changes Taco Bell ?

I remember before we had a Taco Bell in this area, driving to Prestonsburg to eat at Tico Taco. The only time you could get Taco Bell, was to go out of town.Needless to say, when Taco Bell first arrived, it was the place to eat. The food was great, the service was good, as were the prices.Over time, the food started to drop in quality and portions, the staff wasn't worried about appearances of the place. But still, it was basically the only place to get some tacos or what have you.I would say in the past 3 or 4 years, I may have eaten at Taco Bell one or twice. The prices went up somewhat and the quality feel through the floor. So many times of getting cool to lukewarm food. It wasn't wrapped up or packaged well, looks like it was thrown in the wrapper/box with very little to no care at all.The portions were so small like, order any sort of taco, there's barely any meat but all the other stuff is pilled high. A regular taco would consist of, about a tea spoon full of meat, then tons of lettuce and tomato. I can't tell you how many tacos I have had that taste like lettuce in a taco shell. It wasn't just the tacos, it was like everything on the menu.This was terrible as for years, I almost never missed a week where I didn't get some Taco Bell 1 or more times a day. Now when my friends and I talk about running out to grab something, Taco Bell is never mentioned. I hate that too because we loved Taco Bell, we were there all the time, but I am not going to pay money for a cold, warmish taco shell with lettuce in it.Unless something has changed recently, there is no way I would ever recommend this place to anyone. I would say, if you want a Taco or Mexican in general, go to one of our local Mexican places, get a real taco that's hot and fresh and actually has some meat in it.
I'm not one to sit in the drive through for an hour so I would not recommend even there till they open their dining room back up but it's Taco Bell you know what you're getting

Very friendly staff, food quality was on point. Very clean lobby and restrooms. I was super impressed with the facility. You have the option to order your own food if it's busy. Kind of helps the employees out. Must go to spot!
