Went in ,was seated, and and our drink order was taken. We sat for 30 minutes with no drinks. We also overheard other customers talking about not getting their food after an hour wait. We ended up just leaving and went to McDonald's where we were able to order and eat our lunch in a timely manner. Will not be returning to steak and shake.
This should be a steak and shake of Pikeville Kentucky, the food was okay although they done away with cajun fries, staff was nice. Store looks old.
Food was good service was good only complaint was the bathroom was not very clean.
google said they were open, but they didn’t let us in the door. can’t get ice cream no where at 10:30 in the mornin.
Slow. Nobody ever mops the floor. We had a booth that the seat had a huge tear. At least could have taped over it. Don't see it lasting much longer.
This place was a big disappointment. Food is OK but that's where it ends. There is no management at this place.we know this because our server told us this. Staff argued . One accused other of giving away free food. Just close the doors already. Will never go back to this place. Also men's restroom was not cleaned and very dirty.

This place has really gone down hill since last time a visited. They are very under staffed and have gotten rid of alot of items on their menu. Example of such is the different seasoned fries. The booth seats are also torn and just had a over all grimy feeling to the place. Wait staff was doubt the best that they could though and was very friendly and the food was very tasty once you found something they had.
Long wait times. Ordered a burger. Wanted lettuce on it but it wasn't a option. But they put lettuce on my sister's burger. Too expensive to be that bad.
Your Google listing says you're open until midnight. Your signage says you're open until 11:00 PM. Apparently neither are true since we pulled in at 8:30 PM and your door was locked.
