Went there and sat at the sushi bar alone. Great sushi chef who was way overworked and was provided with mediocre ingredients. My server had no idea what was on the sushi menu or what nigiri is. Poor training by management. Sushi took too long due to lack of staffing at the sushi bar. Guy was incredibly slammed and hustling to stay caught up. 0 good beer or sake options. Have an ipa on tap or maybe have some good unfiltered sake as an option? The final straw was having my server grat me 18% automatically. I wasnt at a hibachi table, i was alone. He would have scored 20% no matter what but i guess he dodged that. Tipped the sushi chef seperately because he was the only redeeming employee in the entire building. He really should go open his own place.
Waited at our table for an hour before the cook arrived. Had already eaten salad. Cook got 3/4 of the orders wrong. Our male server had long unclean fingernails that were in the soup when he handed it to us. Fourth, worst, and last time at this restaurant. Will not be going back.
Always a pleasant experience and people every time we eat here. Super friendly staff.

The food is really good. But it’s two waiters that makes it worth the drive over there. They are Keleigh and Kari. They really go above and beyond to make sure everything is good enough for people.
