High price good pizza nice staff
These employees really hate their jobs, they're attitude screams that loud when they are very frustrated and bitterly rude to customers
Pikeville Papa John's, there's so much to say and only so much space to complain with. This makes the 5th time in the 2 years I've lived here that I've tried ordering a pizza and every single time, and I don't mean a couple but all 5 times who ever it is that answers the phone cannot run a credit and if they happen to act like they run my card they say it's declined every time. Idk if they are doing this on purpose or don't wanna make the food or are just incompetent but it's ridiculous. If I could give -5 stars I would.
I have mostly always had a good experience at this location, Quality seems to always be on par, they are usually much faster than most other locations I have visited. Just good pizza !
They seem to forgot cheese. I mean really. Yoh can’t put cheese in a pizza ??? Just awful.
Scheduled pizza pickup for 7:45 pm. We had plans with friends. We got there they could not find my order. Once they found the order they had not even started on it at 7:45 our scheduled pick up time. I then called and asked for them to please put my order in that I had already paid for and scheduled. I was rudely told that I would have to wait 45 minutes, or could cancel my order! I then asked if they could email me when my order was completed, and again rudely told if we remember we can call you!

This service at this place is usually very good. I don't know what happened today but whoever Chris is that is taking orders over the phone, I waited on hold for you to find a card reader from 4:58pm until 5:14 before I hung up and called Pizza Hut. Then I get a call back at 5:16pm from Papa John's that I declined. How did it take 18 minutes to find a card reader? ?
Would give a 0 if I could. Quality at this location just does not exist. GM checks out customer then goes back over to counter and start handling the pizza dough to begin preparing another pizza crust. Delivery drivers come back in restaurant from making delivery only to not wash their hands but will start handling the pizza boxes and placing food into boxes to be serve with dirty hands. This location definitely needs ATTENTION to HYGEINE. They will either burn your food or rush it thru the oven to come out only half done. I will never be back to this location again. Very poorly managed.
