This is the second time that they’ve completely left stuff off my order then try to put the blame on someone else but their self. Ordered a baked spaghetti and there’s more sauce then noodles order cheese sticks but I guess I imagined that. Very disappointed. It’s a hit or miss. Mostly miss.

They have great food...but horrible service and are rude. They do not know how to take orders or deliver on time. I have had not 1 not 2 but 3 bad experiences with what I received and it being correct. Not to mention how I was treated and talked to when called about it, my orders have been wrong both ways calling having them delivered and going picking them up. They won't replace it your stuck with what they give you and want you to have, no matter how much you payed for it. Awful service and cannot speak to owner, won't even call you back if leave your contact info requesting it.
Have always heard it was good so we wanted to try for ourselves. This was by far the best pizza any of us had ever had! It was also very decently priced…. We have absolutely found our new go to pizza place!!
called at 650 and ordered 2 pizza. said there was no one in front of us so I said delivery. 3 hours later after 2 phone calls and being told it was already delivered did we get our pizza. our first and last delivery order.
Honestly this is the best pizza I’ve had in a while. I’m a student from out of town and I’ve been really missing good pizza. I’ve had it all from Chicago to New York to Detroit. My standards are pretty high and I was getting pretty tired of the chains. So when I stumbled across Morelli’s I got excited. Even before I went I knew it was going to be good based on the pictures from the other reviews. The greatest thing about Morreli’s is how well done they cook it. The cheese has COLOR!!! The brown spots and burnt pieces of cheese on the crust is the flavor I was missing so much. The crust is so crispy, but at the same time so buttery and fluffy on the inside. The sauce is well balanced too. I will definitely make the drive out from Pikeville every time I am in the mood for pizza.
