Service was slow, but employees were nice and friendly
went through drive thru--ordered Frisco Breakfast sandwich-- when got the sandwich was missing the egg. Also ordered 3 grape jellies, never got any--bill was showing only 1 ordered. Also, girl serving me the sandwich opened the bag and checked it before handing to me--with all the missing items. Really disappointing.
It took 30 minutes to finally get my food but I had to end up going in to get it .. But when I got home and I live over an hour from Pikeville I didn't have any of my ??
Great service and staff. Doesn't matter if it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I always find something tasty on the menu ?
We are from Laporte, IN. And no longer have a Hardee's near us so passing through KY. We just had to stop for breakfast and we were not disappointed. Friendly staff and good food fast ?
Improved so much in the last few months. Could tell the COVID impacts to this location were intense, but things are much better now than even 6 months ago!

The customer service used to be awful here a few months ago, when I doordash I'd avoid orders because of it, *NOW* THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DONE A 180DEGREE CHANGE...WAY TO GO GUYS!! ?
Hardee's has the best biscuits and gravy. Always hot and fresh. Drive thru is quick and easy.I live across the street from our Hardee's and the Hardee's sign is out. It hasn't lit up in over a week now.. Can we fix it?Thanks, From Pikeville, Kentucky.
