Great food and friendly service!
Traveled from SC & stopped here on the way back home. I bragged about how good El Azuls was to my husband, although it had been many years since I’d ate there, and the location had changed. The food was good but it wasn’t great. Staff and environment was nice. I probably wouldn’t eat there again before trying somewhere else though. The food wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t great either.
Great food, friendly people, the atmosphere is family friendly, very nice big space, very affordable we will definitely be back again

came in late one night, ordered their massive California burrito. thing was massive and amazing. 10/10 would recommend
Staff was rude, not a smile or friendly face anywhere. We asked for a different water because my mother's had something black floating in it. When the replacement was given, the glass was slammed down on the table. While the food did come out at a decent time, it wasn't that good. Fries were cold and the shrimp was so overcooked it was like chewing rubber. Talked to who I'm assuming was a manager but he didn't seem to care about the service. We tried to explain about our bell pepper allergy but the waiter just walked off after taking the order. This is the new location beside of Walmart and Food City. We will NOT be returning to this location. First and last visit.
The food was good, Restaurant looks really nice but the service was absolutely horrible!! Was slow bringing food out then immediately brought the bill, never once came back to the table to do refills or even see if we needed or wanted anything else. I could only eat half my food because I had nothing to drink and never did anyone even offer. Actually there was only 2 guys trying to run the place. Ladies Bathroom was horrible Nasty
Great service as always. The food was really good. We ended up ordering a variety and everything as splendid. I love the Special Jalisco. Highly recommend eating here.

We had an amazing experience. We hosted our company dinner here and everything was fantastic. The food was great. The staff was amazing and very friendly. They made us feel very welcome and joked around with everyone. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stress-free experience.
