The bacon cheese bread and desserts were amazing.!!! Angie is the best!!!
Always a hometown favorite!!!this is also a historic building if you haven't ever been here, give it a try. My favorite is the cheeseburger calzone. Delicious!!
Picked this place at random after a doctor's appointment. Best. Choice. Ever.Alannah was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. She knew every detail about every dish, lots of fun lore about the restaurant itself (which is the original McCoy House - you know, as in "The Hatfields and the McCoys?) - and tons of cool details about Pikeville itself. And that's before we even GET to the food which was next-level good. When I lived in Atlanta, I used to eat at this little place on the corner where Anthony would just nod at me and say "I'll fix you something" and bring me a new custom dish every visit.I loved that, and I loved the personal connection to that place, but I have to say, the food at Chirico's edged out Anthony's offerings and I honestly didn't think that was possible. It was superb. Rich, well-blended flavors that really popped. Can't wait to go back, and would recommend to anyone in the area.
Super expensive and wasn’t impressed with my food overall. The bread and cheese dipping sauce were great as was the Ranch salad dressing, but for the price I expected to be amazed by my entree, but was average for me. Wish they had carbonara, hard to find that dish around here unfortunately since the Italian restaurant in Prestonsburg closed which was excellent.
I recommend the calzone with its crispy-chewy crust instead of other places', whose crusts are often like gnawing on shoe leather. The spinach dip and breadsticks are heavenly.
This restaurant is an unexpected surprise! In town for the REO show, and just happened to stumble upon a fantastic dinner. The lasagna is superb, and the chicken florentine is equally wonderful. I can’t show 4.5 stars, which is how I feel. The only faults are a slightly challenged wine list, and a need for more service people. In these times both can be excused due to supply and staffing problems. No matter the faults, the sauce more than makes up for them.
Haylee was a wonderful waitress! It was very busy but she didn’t stop serving each table, even us! Food was excellent as well. It took a few extra minutes compared to a fast food Italian restaurant, but it was well worth the wait!
Very friendly and helpful service. A little too much meat on the card so it is not for regular vegetarian customers. But my first time was great.
Food was good, way overpriced for what you get; staff is very friendly, though!
Food was great. I got the fettuccine Alfredo needed a little pepper but was good but I recommend their stuffed bread sticks.
